Had a lovely stay here

The location is so good. A nice beach in front of the hotel with free sunbeds. Only a 10 min walk from the port and 15 min walk to the centre. The room and bathroom is clean and new. (Mind you don’t get a shower geld, only shampoo) Free wifi that worked good in the room. Amazing view from our balcony, would definitely come here again! Got clean towels one time in our 4 nights of staying.

The breakfast could have been better. Most of it was cold and too much oil on it. Not much choice too.

Great Stay – Comfortable, Friendly, and Relaxing

We stayed here for 7 days and had a wonderful experience overall. Check-in was super easy — Jason was very kind and welcoming. We didn’t realize we needed to bring our own beach towels, but he generously lent us some for our stay. The room was spacious, very clean, and extremely comfortable. Breakfast was good, with a nice variety including fresh fruit, bread, cereal, coffee, juices, tea, sweets, sausages, and vegetables. Rubin was exceptional — always kind, helpful, and full of great tips for exploring the city and even for visiting Tirana. The bar and restaurant were also quite good. Since we were traveling light, we asked about laundry services, and the owner (a lovely lady) kindly offered to do our laundry at no cost — such a thoughtful gesture! The beach nearby was clean, peaceful, and perfect for relaxing and swimming. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

Finding the place was a bit tricky at first since it’s located behind another building off the main street and there isn’t a visible sign for the complex. Once we arrived, though, everything went smoothly.

Previleged sunset view with nice sunbeds in the Hotel front. Great value for money in Saranda.

Staff was really nice. Free sunbeds in front of the Hotel are great. Our room was good, really clean and tidy, but as a facility standpoint, it seemed kind of "unfinished" as you might see wires in a crooked shower. Nonetheless, we had a really great experience and a previleged sunset view from our balcony. Breakfast is OK.

It is a bit far from the center (˜20min walk), but, you can also have good food and bars nearby - plus the sunset view which is truly amazing. Breakfast could enjoy some variety.

Thoroughly recommend Komplex Joni for your stay in Sarande!

We loved the location right on a private beach with a cafe/restaurant. Only a short walk to cafes, restaurants and markets. Easy walk to the City centre only about 1km. There were umbrellas and sun beds provided and beach towels provided on request. The reception and cafe staff were very helpful and friendly. There was a really good choice of food for breakfast. One morning there was a tour group at the hotel and the yoghurt had run out but the staff went and bought more when I asked. Bravos! Very good service! Hopefully we will return to Sarande and we will definitely come back to Kompleks Joni

Nice 3-star hotel with a good location

A good choice for a three star hotel. Friendly staff. Special thanks to Rubin. Good location about 15-20 minutes walk from the city center. The journey to the center is along a beautiful street with many restaurants.

Perfekt !

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel! The room was very clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. What impressed us the most was the staff – extremely polite, always ready to help with anything, and always with a smile. We felt very welcomed and appreciated throughout our entire stay. We will definitely come back again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality and excellent service!

Very nice

Everything was good. Location, hygiene, view, breakfast. Hotel has own private beach. The town center is in walking distance, where you can find restaurants. Ferry to Greece is like 10 or 12 mjns walk. Many supermarkets within a few mins walk. Owners/staff are very nice and helpful people. They helped us with taxi, day outs plans/recommendation.

Exceptional Hotel

I and my wife were looking for a lovely hotel with a sea view and beach front, and we absolutely got a banger. It was more than what we wanted. The beach front is amazing. Take the lift downtairs, and in 1 minute, you're at the beach front. There are cool beach beds and shades where you can relax and absorb all the beautiful sunshine and the sound of the waters. The hotel and the rooms were super clean, lovely daily breakfast (always more than enough), friendly and nice staff, Xheison was an amazing staff member, always happy to help with anything we needed. We spent 5days at this hotel there was absolutely nothing to complain about. The hotel is about 12mins walk to the heart of the city and there are lots of restaurants and grocery stores 4-5mins walk from the hotel. WiFi was fast as well. I and my wife will definitely come back sometime in the future 😃. This hotel is highly recommended.

A 3 Star Hotel that feels like 4 Stars

This is a 3 star hotel but because of the food, cleanliness, comfort & staff (a family run hotel) it felt like 4 stars. So friendly and welcoming. The breakfast buffet is included which we had every day, and the food for lunch & dinner was fantastic. Our hosts Jason, Ola and their friendly staff were always on hand to help and anything we needed was always "no problem". The shared facilties with their next door sister Hotel made this a gem of a find. We will be back as soon as possible. M&C

Exceptional

The hotel is on the beach and offers free sunbeds. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with a beautiful sea view. The breakfast was good, but the food in their restaurant is really delicious and tasty :) The beach is calm, the sea very clean and beautiful. They clean room every day. The staying in this hotel is for those who wants a calm vacays a bit away from the city (it takes 30 minutes if you walk really slow). Nearby you have also other restaurants, market etc. I appreciate the most that the hotel staff and owners are very helpful, very kind and they make you feel like at home. This feeling when you feel welcome is priceless. :)

Can be considered for a short trip

It's a new hotel. the view is perfect. the beach is beautiful. the room was clean. There was daily room service. We liked the breakfast service. parking available. easy to reach the beach

Since the hotel is new, there were deficiencies in the room. Reception and information could have been better. There was no kettle and glass in the room. foot towels were given on the first day and were not left again after room service. We asked for an ashtray, they said no.

It was clean and nice staff. Private beach and parking. The towels were changed every day. It is a 15 min walking distance to the center and it is not so crowded.

Very pleasant stay

Properly is right on the beach, has beautiful views and has nice restaurants and cafes near by. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Good breakfast. Overall very good value for money.

The room we had was a bit small and we could hear all noise from the corridors through the night. But it was very clean and had a beautiful sea view. It’s ok for a couple, but not big enough for a family like us that had 2 small children. It was our fault though for booking it wrong.

excellent beach hotel in best part of Saranda

Cleanless is exceptional, everything is very clean and everywhere smells pleasant...housekeeping is excellent and kind, they change sheets and towels every day, room was cleaning very studios and dust was cleand every day...all staff is very kond, polite and helpfull...location of the hotel is in the best part of Saranda (that is my opinion), great bars and tavernas are very close, and supermarket too...breakfast is everyday the same, but very good and is served on the teras which is on the beach...hotel has its own beach with very comfortable sunbeds and umbrellas which are included in the price...great wifi in the whole hotel area even on the beach...spacious room, balcony and bathroom, and beds and the pillows are very comfortable and good for sleeping (which is very rare)...

hotel has its own parking, but in crowded months it could be difficult to find propper place to parking car, and it is because many people are camming on that beach and they are not hotel guests. Hotel should make same kind of barrier to disable that...hairdryer in bathroom is bad...there is no elevator...no safety deposit box in room, neither in the reception...

good location and good access to a nice beach, balcony with a great view, air conditioning in the room

the reception is always empty so you always need to go to the restaurant to check-in and if you need help the bathroom wasn't clean - hair and sand in the shower, the little bottle of shampoo was open and half used the shampoo and soap are never replaced, you have to ask for new ones the food at the restaurant isn't great
