We had an amazing stay at Nili Delaxe. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was fresh and had a great variety. I also really appreciated their private beach facilities

The view was breathtaking. I stayed in the (refron) room for my birthday, and I also got a nice birthday decoration. Every part of the hotel is picture-worthy. The beach looks like you are in the Maldives. Pretty and clean room

The location, you will have to use a taxi if you want to go somewhere else. They also need to create a good space for wardrobe and table because it is too tight. I felt so disorganized

Perfect from start to finish The hotel is stunning,rooms were outstanding staff couldn't do enough for you,Leigh was amazing she really looked after us. Was our first time in Albania we were so happy choosing this location everything is on your doorstep with own little beach with clear waters and amazing restaurant breakfast was delicious Thankyou all for looking after us will will 100% be returning

I was in Arda-Room. Room is very clean and looks so good like in the pictures. Parking was easy in front of the hotel. Staff super friendly. Beach is clean and you get towels for shezlong. Breakfast was good.

Hygiene is on the highest level. The clean the room every day and changing the sheets and the towels. The tub in the bathroom was the one thing boosting the rating. Free WiFi, AC and parking is helping your wallet as well..

Too expensive for what they are offering. The restaurant menu is limited and overpriced. Power outage and water problems are I guess common. The AC started leaking from the inside. They dont have any info if someone is in the room or no, so if you are in the transparent toilet and they want to clean the room they will enter. Nothing is soundproof at all so if someone is talking ouside the room you can clearly hear it, even the music from half a mile away.

The manager Aida was so welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. I loved the rooms, location and the staff was too good qnd made sure we were always comfortable. She even helped my partner to plan a surprise for me. Overall the best stay experience we had in Albania.

Every detail of the room was thoughtfully curated to enhance the overall experience for my partner and I. Leigh and Nili were outstanding hosts, making our stay even more memorable. Leigh's personal touch and dedication to guest satisfaction were evident in every aspect of our visit. From the delicious, home-cooked meals to her constant availability and willingness to assist with anything we needed, Leigh went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and enjoyment. I mentioned to Leigh it was my partners birthday and just wanted a little surprise, she went above and beyond, from the room decor to all the staff singing happy birthday and preparing a traditional cake and decor for us. Taxi service is available aswell as cars to rent. Which made it great as the hotel is a 10min drive from everything, which was a perfect balance for us. There’s a restaurant on site and the food!! Nili out done himself!! We felt truly pampered and cared for throughout our stay. Leigh's warm hospitality and attentiveness made us feel like we were staying with friends rather than at a hotel. Her exceptional service and genuine kindness are what set this place apart from any other. If you're looking for a tranquil escape with unparalleled ocean views and exceptional service, look no further. This property, with Leigh and Nili at the Nili deluxe, is a true gem. We can't wait to return!

The room was amazing, bright, comfortable and perfect for a two night stay. The views were just breathtaking and the beach was great 👌 The staff was amazing, really nice and welcoming.

The breakfast was just okay, had the essentials but having a buffet in the future should be better.

Amazing private beach just what we needed on our final day of a road trip holiday to relax, we asked to come down earlier than check in and sit on the beach which they accepted no issue. Bit far out of town but also meant it was nice and quiet. Breakfast was lovely and all the staff really helpful, could also pay by card which was good as we were trying to use up all our cash as final day of the holiday.

We were very well welcome on arrival at Nili Deluxe, we had the Refion room for 2 nights. The establishment is very beautiful, as shown in the photos, with a magnificent view of the sea. We had a problem with the curtains which came down when we tried to open them wide, as they are heavy and the rod is fixed by simple screws with a high ceiling. But the hosts did what was necessary quickly, which we greatly appreciated. The mattress and pillows are very comfortable, but the bed is short (the feet stick out for a person measuring 1m70) and there's light going through the large window in the toilet from 5am, unfortunately waking up sensitive people. A bottle of water on arrival would have been appreciated; we recommended it on leaving and were told that we could ask for some at the bar. It would have been simpler to have them available in the room as it is common practice. Good to know for future stays! The access to the sea is a real bonus, and it's great to be able to relax there. However, these are sunbeds on a terrace with a ladder plunging into the sea, rather than a real beach, making it impossible for people with walking difficulties to reach.

No storage space in the room. The establishment is poorly soundproofed, we could hear the loud music from the hotel next door from our room. The price of cocktails is too high, similar to those charged in Paris and not in line with prices in Albania. The continental breakfast is standard, but the homemade petulla is worth the diversions. The hotel is a 30-minute walk from Saranda town centre or an 8-minute drive, which is difficult to get around. Apart from the hotel, the town of Saranda is nothing but concrete, under construction everywhere, with little visibility of the sea and no beautiful landscapes to admire. You have to be indulgent if you want to stay there.

We liked the location away from the centre of Sarande. The view from the sun lounger was amazing, breakfast was lovely, wonderful homemade jam. and the staff were welcoming. The room was cleaned each day.

The design of the room and bathroom. The bad design meant it was virtually impossible to have a shower and the bath very was awkward to use because it was so small. There are no black out blinds so you are awake as soon as the sun comes up. The room is small, and the bathroom lacks any privacy. We found the bedding uncomfortable.

We had an amazing stay at Nili Deluxe. The room was very comfortable and view was incredible! The hotel is runner by a family and all the staff is very friendly and attentive. We had the best pasta in Albania in their restaurant, very good and creatives cocktails and an amazing breakfast.

Quiet hotel, with a quiet "beach" area. The view from the room. The restaurant is nice and reasonably priced.

Very small bathroom. The breakfast - small portions, rationed, and the pastries are not fresh. If you want water, you have to pay for it The parking is on the street and there is not a lot of room.

The hotel is new, super clean and the staff was always very kind and helpful. The private beach is beautiful and the restaurant works from breakfast to dinner, so it is very convenient if you just want to stick around and relax! The breakfast is very good, they offer you 4 menu options to choose and all of them seem very tasty.

The neighborhood where the hotel is located is still developing, so there is not much to do close to it.

There are small but important things Missing in the bathroom. The bath was very modern, but the shower was in the bathtub and Not very water Proof. There was also Not the Option to Store Shampoo or soap. If they add These Things, its a 5 Star Rating.
