Comfort, Convenience, and Great Hospitality in the Heart of Saranda

We had a great stay at Hotel Nemesis. The room was spacious, modern, and spotless, with reliable internet access that worked perfectly throughout our visit. The air conditioning kept us comfortable during the hot Albanian summer. Breakfast offered a nice variety of options to choose from, catering to different tastes. The hotel is conveniently located close to the Terminal Port, just a 10-minute walk along a busy street. Despite the lively surroundings, the soundproof windows with a net layer made it possible to rest at night as if nothing was happening outside. A special mention to Miss Eli, who was professional, friendly, and very helpful in resolving minor issues with our access cards. She also provided us with valuable information about the city, making our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

The only thing I didn’t like was the slightly confusing numeric order of the floors in the lift, though I understand some floors are currently under renovation. I look forward to returning, and hopefully next time staying on one of the top floors to enjoy the sea view.

The receptionist's friendly attitude and excellent breakfast overcame small problems at the start

Location is good, close to the beach, perhaps a 100m walk, surrounded by other hotels. The lady at reception recommended a restaurant nearby for dinner and that was definitely a winner. Breakfast was surprisingly varied, considering there were only a few guests at the time, with hot and cold options, fried eggs, crepes, nice coffee...

Perhaps it was because it was off season but check in was a bit problematic, finding out the wifi password took a while and the room was missing some blankets and sheets. However the lady at the reception was very pleasant and tried to fix everything, her attitude was very good.

It’s near beach, by walking a few minutes everything near supermarket and restaurants

No facility like water just when arriving then they ask for money if we want water for dirks second day, no Napkins at rooms just in bathroom, and the mostly important the attitude was not good with us when did check out.

A lovely and peaceful stay right near the beach!

An absolute gem, I loved my stay here and it exceeded my expectations! The staff were so helpful and kind, and the room was comfy, spacious, and sparkling clean. The balcony was huge and I loved the sea view. The location is perfect, only a few minutes walk to the beach and it's on the quieter side so no loud noises at night. The cherry on top is the breakfast, they make it custom to your preferences and it was delicious! The gentleman serving the food was so friendly and attentive. Highly recommend this hotel and I will definitely return if I'm ever in Saranda again :)

perfect stay in Sarande

We had an amazing time at this modern family hotel. location is perfect - close to cozy beach, not in the center of the crowds, 10 minutes walking from the promenade. Room was spacious, very clean (daily cleaning) and furnished with everything you might need. Family who runs it is super nice and always ready to help. I felt very welcomed there. breakfast is delicious and I liked the idea of asking what I want in advance and then serving it freshly cooked without unnecessary waste of food. Thank you guys for the hospitality and keep it up!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. We booked suite apartment which looked even better than on the pictures, everything is new, very clean, wi- fi and AC worked very well. The great addition is also underground parking. Our room was cleaned every day. The breakfast was also very good with a lot of variety of food. Great location, very close to the center and 3 minutes walking to the best beaches in Sarande. The owners of the hotel was extremely friendly and helpful and they made sure that we had everything what we needed at all times, which made our stay at the hotel just perfect.

Ottima colazione la disponibilità del personale eccezionale la struttura è vicina al centro e alla spiaggia camera grande e pulita noi avevamo la suite, consiglio di provare i dolci fatti dal pasticciere dell’hotel veramente ottimi

Fantastica Vacanza e ottimo soggiorno

Struttura molto carina si trova in un punto strategico sia per il centro che per il mare neanche 100 mt, personale cordiale e professionale sempre col sorriso la ragazza alla reception molto simpatica e molto professionale, se dovrò andare a saranda di nuovo nemesis sara la mia tappa di soggiorno!!!

Stanza spaziosa e luminosa, ben pulita e riordinata quotidianamente. Personale eccellente, non riuscivo a raggiungere l’albergo con il navigatore, mi ha accompagnato in macchina. Gentilissimi!

Wir hatten eine Deluxe Suite mit Meerblick! gebucht. Der „Meerblick“ war ein Witz (siehe Fotos) - das 2. Schlafzimmer war ein Durchgangszimmer - ohne Schrank, keine Ablagemöglichkeit, keine Sitzgelegenheit. Wenn man ins Bad wollte, musste man durch das Zimmer und störte somit beim schlafen. Es ist sehr hellhörig gebaut - man hört den Aufzug und die Leute im Treppenhaus, Toilettenspülung, Dusche im Nachbarzimmer - an Schlaf im Durchgangszimmer war nicht zu denken. Vorhang in einem Zimmer war heruntergerissen, Tür des Kühlschranks total schief. Kaffee zum Frühstück gab’s am ersten Tag noch aus dem Automaten, am 2. Tag sollte dafür bezahlt werden. Das Hotel ist 5-stöckig, wobei nur 2 Etagen ausgebaut sind, der Rest ist in Rohbau.

Forse l'unico posto che consiglierei a Saranda

La struttura si trova una zona centrale servita da ristoranti , fast food e negozi di souvenir, 3 minuti e si arriva in spiaggia . In 10 minuti sei al porto ed in 15 sei sul lungo mare principale . Il personale è gentilissimo . All'esterno di ogni camera c'è un display touch su cui puoi indicare su cui puoi richiedere di rifarti la stanza , oppure semplicemente di non disturbare . La fortuna di questa struttura , in parte ancora in costruzione , è la posizione oltre allo staff .

חדר גדול ומרווח ומשופץ ברמה טובה. מרפסת גדולה ונוחה. ארוחת הבוקר היתה נחמדה. האחראית הלכה לקנות במיוחד חלב שקדים בשבילנו.

לא ניתן היה לפתוח או לסגור את דלת האמבטיה כי הידית הפנימית הייתה שבורה. זו תקלה רצינית וחבל, כי החדר גדול ומעוצב יפה. המזגן בחדר השינה לא עבד, אבל המזגן בחדר הכניסה הספיק כדי לקרר גם את חדר השינה.

Très beaux vacances à Saranda

Les chambres étaient propres, petit déjeuner était très bon et beaucoup de choix. Le personnel de l’hôtel était très gentil. Hotel se trouve près de la mer et pas de loin du centre de Saranda. Je me suis bien amusé avec m famille et je recommande fortement cet hôtel et je reviendrai l’année prochaine
