Beach front relaxing stay

Great location to relax on its private beach.

The area was quite empty in late Oct. A long walk to Saranda Promenade. No tea kettle in the room.

All the staff is extraordinary friendly, helpful and very kind. WE where 2 families with 5 small kids and had a great time.

We had a wonderful stay! Beautiful beach area, lovely breakfast. Matilda and her staff were so kind and always available to help! Great location to walk downtown or to the port but not in the hustle and bustle.

Great location and hosts!

The location was perfect for arriving by ferry- it was only a 10 minute walk from the ferry. The beach was amazing. The staff and manager were so kind and helpful! Loved having beach chairs and umbrellas at my disposal. Great drinks from the bar.

Stunning hotel with friendly staff

Everything was perfect! We stayed in the sea view suite and we could not fault it! Clean, comfortable, spacious with a gorgeous big balcony and the most spectacular views. Especially at sunset. The host was friendly and accommodating. When I told her at breakfast I had a gluten allergy she went out of her way to personally provide me with gluten free alternatives. The hotel beach was beautiful and the sun beds were comfortable. The harbour was only a few minutes walk and there were plenty of bars, restaurants and shops close by.

Great place to stay

The beach, resort, view and spacious room was fab. The facilities in room was good. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was exactly as picture with the nice view.

During the night the room was a bit nousy, the fridge was loud. Also the sounds from other room with little baby, was distruptive during the night. The breakfast has a good variety but not fresh at all. Seems everything is pre made and just warm up.

Perfect for families and for those looking for relaxing stay in Sarandë

Very good small and familiar beachfront hotel, with amazing views and friendly staff. Tasty homemade breakfast. Perfect hotel if you’re looking for comfort, to being close to the beach, and in a central location close to all amenities, restaurants and bars. Definitely recommend and definitely going back

Very pleasant stay

We had a very nice stay at Villa Era. The location is good and the beach is also lovely. The owner was extremely friendly and welcoming, and we really appreciated how practical and helpful they were, especially with the small parking area they always found a solution, so it worked out well. Overall, a pleasant place to stay with kind hosts and a nice beach atmosphere.

One thing that could be improved is the coffee. As also mentioned in other reviews, the quality really isn’t great and doesn’t match the otherwise positive experience. It would be wonderful if this could be upgraded, as it would make mornings here much more enjoyable.

Everything. The hostess and owner was so lovely and available checking we were comfortable. They park yr car for you. Great breakfast Great location Gorgeous beachfront property. Good AC. Nice and quiet at nights.

Wonderful short stay in Sarandë

Wonderful staff, so helpful and kind. Our apartment was huge, well appointed accommodating the 5 of us comfortably. Even had a washing machine which was handy after a week trekking around - they even supplied us with washing powder - it’s those lovely little touches that make all the difference. The apartment also had a large terrace with stunning views over the beach and came with 2 sun beds and a sofa, tables and a chair. As guests we also had complementary use of 2 sun beds and parasol on the beach. Drinks were cheap and delivered to our spot. Breakfast was local, plentiful and delicious. The location overall was a great, just a short stroll to the main drag and close to the port - 10 mins walk - where we continued our journey. I cannot recommend this place highly enough!

Good option for a stay

Great location, beach and breakfast. Sunbeds which are included with the rate are super comfy. Breakfast spread is vast. Seaview room has an incredible view. Arrived earlier and room was provided immediately. Quiet area.

Parking situation too chaotic. Hotel beach is cash only.

Great stay by the beach – highly recommended!

We really enjoyed our stay at Vila Era Beach. Mathilda was friendly and helpful, always available when we needed anything. Breakfast was served outdoors in a peaceful setting, and the beach bar had lively music in the afternoons, which created a fun vibe. The room was clean, with comfortable beds, good facilities, and well-functioning air conditioning – perfect after a day in the sun. The beach was beautiful, and the sunbeds were comfortable and included in the price. The staff were kind and welcoming. Everything was well-organized and relaxed. A great place to enjoy both quiet mornings and social afternoons by the sea. We would definitely come back!

Awesome stay 10/10 thank you for your hospitality

We loved everything, we stayed 12 days and we could not fault the service, the room with lovely balcony,great water pressure, awesome breakfast ,free beach umbrella and chairs. It was very close to slot if restaurants,grocery store and the main strip to Saranda. We loved the beach staff who are so friendly and they make awesome cappuccinos, thanks guys 😀.i want to thank the owner and her room attendants for welcoming us Aussies 🌹

A really great hotel to stay in. Perfect location. Would return.

It was in a great location for ferry from Corfu, we where able to walk there with our baggage. We had lovely accommodation for 4. a main bedroom and a separate space for our girls, with a great balcony facing sea. They staff where very friendly and accommodating ( when we arrived early) The breakfast space was a lovely outdoor room facing the sea. The manger was a lovely, relaxed, welcoming professional lady.

What a wonderful, relaxing stay at Vila Era Beach!

This is a small, family-run boutique hotel, and the owners were kind and welcoming. Rooms were not fancy, but were immaculate, quiet, and had everything we needed. We loved the bountiful, homemade included breakfast. Best of all, we could walk right out of the hotel onto their perfect slice of private beach, with beach chairs and umbrellas included, cafe and restaurant service, and a wonderful, protected swimming area with views to Corfu. All for a price that seemed far too good to be true. The main beach area, restaurants, and ferry are but a few minutes walk.

Everything…The location is perfect, very close to the Sarande port, walking path and the center. The rooms are very clean. The bed is comfortable. Everything needed has been considered in the room design. The beach was so clean. The sea is crystal blue. The breakfast was amazing, everything was tasty, fresh and pastries were served warm. The most important, the owners are so lovely, they have been very helpful during our stay. So welcoming , kind and warm hearted people. And the bar and the restaurant staff were so cute and friendly. All of them are like a real family to the guests. We felt like at home. Cant desribe my stay in Vila Era enough. We are so lucky. We will definitely come back again!

It was extremely clean, in excellent condition, Wi-Fi very good and strong, we had good place for parking, shops all around the villa, the beach was really clean and had multiple options for seats that you can reserve no need to wake up extra early to find a seat. Water crystal clear and no see weed or dirt. No problems, helpful staff and nice bar at the beach

Trip with my Boyfriend 🥰

The location is in the center, the room is neat and clean, especially the balcony view is incredible. It's off-season and no people, so it's kinda a good thing, too, as we are the only people there. Price is very affordable, though there's no reception, but the owner is always around, so it's not hard for us to locate her. All in all is excellent stay for us.

The bidet faucet is not working, no slippers for the room, no free toiletries, so it's like more of airbnb style, I guess.

Amazing view from the balcony, especially for sunsets! Very comfortable bed and a modern, clean room and bathroom. Sunbed access is free with the room, the sea is very nice here! Very close to the ferry port and lots of restaurants nearby

Everything was beyond expectations, the room was clean, the host was kind and attentive to the needs of the customers, excellent location, the sound of the sea can be heard from the room, the sunbeds were included in the price, the beautiful view from the balcony, one of the best options in Saranda, close to center and the waterfront and not to forget the guys at the bar, funny, attentive and kind, well done!!!

Location is uncanny, view from the balcony is like a poster. Bar with the coolest bartender with mind blowing cocktails.. absolutely recommended

Electricity with water was constantly disappearing, however I think it was not fault of the hotel, but still annoying. And room cleaning could be daily.

The accommodation is right on the beach with priced beach which is bit crowded, surrounded by other hotels. The owner was very nice and helpful. Good choice for breakfast.

Amazing

The moment we arrived at Vila Era, we were treated with kindness. Every time we saw the owner, she always asked us if we needed anything, and our room was cleaned very regularly. Breakfast served in the morning was delicious and had a variety of different choices. Vila Era being so close to the beach was a bonus. If we ever needed anything, it would take seconds to walk back to the Vila. Definitely would recommend staying at Vila Era, and we are looking forward to going back again.
