I’d stay again when i visit again

It’s a family run hotel, everyone was very nice and hospitable. Rooms were nice and big, swimming pool and jacuzzi were clean. They are very helpful even they dropped us to bus stop for free when we weren’t able to find a taxi. 100% recommended.

Amazing hotel

We really liked the hotel. Owners and staff made us feel like we are their family. We stuck in the mountain road because of the flat tire without internet and they saved us from this terrible situation. They helped us so much. They also gave us good recomendations about the region. Besides, hotel is totally brand new and sparklingly clean. It also has a great sea view. I would come here again for sure without thinking twice.

the hotel is still very new, clean including the basic amenities. with some further tweaks this would be a great accommodation

the location for this hotel is quite far from the centre, there are no restaurants with the hotel or in the vicinity. after a 10hr drive all we needed was a nice meal and to rest! we got the latter

Proche du centre en voiture

Hôtel neuf avec une vue qui surplombe Sarande. Les chambres étaient magnifiquement décorée la literie impeccable grand balcon avec vue sur la mer. Établissement très propre. La gentillesse du personnel. Je recommande fortement.

Incroyable. Tout était parfait

L’hôtel a dépassé mes attentes, il est encore plus beau que ce que j’imaginais. Le personnel était vraiment gentil et attentionné. Je reviendrai sans hésiter pour une prochaine expérience !

Tolles neues Hotel,sehr empfehlenswert

Sehr nette Gastgeberfamilie,wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.Der Meerblick vom Balkon ist einfach traumhaft und man ist nicht mitten im Trubel der Stadt. Die Ausstattung ist neu,hochwertig und alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Poolbereich ist sehr schön angelegt und lädt zum entspannen ein. Wenn jetzt noch Frühstück mit angeboten werden würde,wäre es super. Ansonsten war es perfekt und eine sehr erholsame Zeit dort!

Nieuw hotel, ligt boven het centrum met een mooi uitzicht. Hele vriendelijke en service gerichte eigenaren die ontzettend hun best doen om het naar ieders zin te maken. In een minuutje of 10/15 loop je naar het centrum van Serande en 's avonds waren we steeds blij om terug in het hotel te zijn en de 'kermis' van het centum van afstand te bekijken.

Alhoewel de koffie voortreffelijk is en er ruime keuze aan drankjes biedt het hotel geen ontbijt, heeft ook geen restaurant. Was makkelijk opgelost, klein stukje naar beneden is een supermarktje met een uitermate vriendelijke eigenaresse waar van alles te krijgen inclusief vers brood. Zag ook andere gasten pizza laten bezorgen. Laat dit dus je boeking niet weerhouden. Zou wel handig zijn als er wat haakjes in de badkamers aangebracht worden om de handdoeken op te hangen.

Mooi nieuw hotel, heel schoon, maar wat weinig sfeer nog.

Geheel nieuw hotel dus alles was spik en span. Heerlijke bedden, goede douche, goede airconditioning. Prima zwembad ook, niet heel groot, maar mooi met dat uitzicht.

Door de nieuwigheid nog wat kleine dingetjes: deuren die niet goed afsluiten, kale receptie en nog wat weinig sfeer. Jammer dat je handdoeken niet mag meenemen naar het zwembad. De weg er naartoe is ook rete stijl!!

Traumhafter Blick! Sauber, stilvoll, freundlich! Herrlich!

Das Hotel ist total neu. Es hat einen traumhaften, wirklich gigantischen Ausblick auf Saranda, sowohl tagsüber, als auch nachts. Die Möblierung und Inneneinrichtung ist modern, hochwertig und stilvoll. Alles ist super sauber und neu. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind hochwertig. Der Pool ist super schön und sauber. Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer ist sehr leise und leistungsstark. Wir hatten ein wundervolles großes geräumiges Zimmer. Alle Zimmer haben große Balkone mit wundervoller Aussicht! Das Personal ist freundlich, zugewandt und hilfsbereit. Sie sind rund um die Uhr ansprechbar. Es gibt genug Parkplätze rund um die Anlage und es sind nur wenige Autominuten zur Hafenpromenade. Das Hotel liegt oben am Berg schön ruhig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Zukünftig wird es neben dem tollen Cappuccino am Pool noch Frühstück geben. Darauf freuen wir uns!

Da das Hotel noch sehr neu ist, fehlten einige wenige Innenausstattungsgegenstände. Wir hätten uns sehr über ein Nachtlicht oder ein kleines Badlicht gefreut, da der Badlüfter sonst durchläuft, auch wenn man nur kurz im Bad ist. Etwas mehr Ablagemöglichkeiten wären gut gewesen. Es soll aber zukünftig noch mehr hinzukommen und es wurde uns auch sofort noch ein Stuhl auf das Zimmer gebracht. Man war auch sehr offen für Anregungen. Insgesamt hat es unseren Aufenthalt nicht beeinträchtigt. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl!
