Our stay was beautiful mostly because of the view from our room. It was the most amazing thing. We were lucky enough to be assigned in this room and we are so grateful. But overall, it was not as great. We did note that it was our anniversary on our reservation, but there was nothing arranged for us which was fine but could have been better. I am a front desk associate myself for years but I can really tell that the hotel’s front desk staff need absolute training. They don’t greet nor smile. They’re not friendly at all. The moment we checked in there was no hello or hi. They just told us to check in first and find a car park later. The booking says free carpark but thats a lie because everything has to be paid for because it was a “private” car park. The service is ever so slow. The phone in our room is non functional. We had to go to the frontdesk for any requests and inquiries. HOWEVER, we met such lovely staff at breakfast. Roldan who was so accommodating. And also Irini at the rooftop pool. She was ever so good with the amenities information. I hope all your staff are as good as them. Would recommend the place but no expectations on the service. Thanks.

Everything is closed, the pool were not operating and spa were closed as well, no activity in hotel.

Such a beautiful sea view hotel. However, access to the rooftop swimming pool costs €25 per person, as it is not included in the room price.

The place is falling apart and on top of that they charge you and are picky about everything.
