We paid an extremely high price for this very low-quality hotel. Although the hotel is in a great location, it's important to clarify expectations because you can feel quite frustrated by what it offers. While the staff is friendly and kind, ready to help with anything needed, the room facing the sea had a pretty old bathroom with worn towels and carpet, and there was no hand soap or other hygienic items as you would expect from a hotel in this price range. The air conditioning was not cooling the room when we arrived, and they said they would call a technician to fix it. The technician never came, but we managed to keep the room cool by keeping it closed at all times with the blinds down. This helped, and the next day when they had another room available, I decided not to move to another room with better air conditioning.
The breakfast was not good. There were just a few options, and the temperature of the food was not appropriate. With the high temperatures these days, the food was just left out on a table without climate control. My wife got food poisoning, and we had to have breakfast outside the hotel to be safe.
The worst part, which is not the hotel’s fault, was the noise and loud music coming from outside until 1:30 AM. So, overall, for the price I paid (€198/night for 2 adults and 1 child, 9 years old), it was really not worth the stay.
