, בית מאובזר בכל מה שצריך, מאוד נח ומרווח, חצר יפה מאוד, שקט , גישה נוחה לכביש ונסיעה קצרה לאגם/ עיר/ מסעדות באזור. תקשורת מאוד נוחה עם המארחים. מיזוג בכל הבית למרות שלא היה ממש צורך, רמה גבוהה ותמורה מצויינת למחיר.

Great value, the home and grounds were beautiful. Checking in and out was very easy. The kitchen had everything we needed. We felt comfortable and at home. The kids had a great time playing on the lawn and it was nice having breakfast outside and reading on the loungers under the beautiful wisterias. Getting to Bellagio was easy, and there is a town nearby for pastries/coffee/groceries. We loved that there was a dishwasher and washing machine which was convenient with a big group.

The sofa bed was terrible - maybe we were not clear that we would use it but when we opened it it looked like there were used sheets on the bed. The wood planks were loose so we had to find tools to fix it, and the mattress was very thin and uncomfortable (it was flipped over to the back side of the mattress because there was a big stain in the top side). There were live wires on the light switch in the bathroom (next to the laundry) and I got shocked one day.

I’ve marked down for facilities but really this is just focussed on the bedrooms. It’s a shame that the twin beds are not the ones that can be locked together on a divan. We were three couples and only one couple had the double bed. Generally the beds themselves were pretty hard and the pillows were like bricks. Also we were surprised that there was no small welcome pack with local basics as is often gratefully received at holiday keys if this nature - particularly as we were only staying for two nights. No coffee machine and we eventually found some instant coffee in the cupboard probably left by previous guests. No milk, water etc

It was a beautiful villa in remote area, silent neighbourhood.

Upon the arrival the house was cold, humid with humid sheets, heating/conditioner was making noise all night long. Water in shower in the night does not work, different strange electricity seitches with no clear instructions. Overall not very clean as well. I understand it is in middle of nowhere but the price for what you get is not good.
