Very besic house that needs a hand. Noth worth the money!

It was a beautiful villa in remote area, silent neighbourhood.

Upon the arrival the house was cold, humid with humid sheets, heating/conditioner was making noise all night long. Water in shower in the night does not work, different strange electricity seitches with no clear instructions. Overall not very clean as well. I understand it is in middle of nowhere but the price for what you get is not good.

I’ve marked down for facilities but really this is just focussed on the bedrooms. It’s a shame that the twin beds are not the ones that can be locked together on a divan. We were three couples and only one couple had the double bed. Generally the beds themselves were pretty hard and the pillows were like bricks. Also we were surprised that there was no small welcome pack with local basics as is often gratefully received at holiday keys if this nature - particularly as we were only staying for two nights. No coffee machine and we eventually found some instant coffee in the cupboard probably left by previous guests. No milk, water etc

Better than in the photos and great value.

The villa is spacious and very well fitted out with nice furniture and ornaments. The kitchen is very well equipped for self catering. The 3 bedrooms are spacious (2 twins and a double) and there are 2 full bathrooms upstairs and a w.c. downstairs. There are a few books and games. Although there is no tv or Wi-Fi (not an issue for us), there was a decent 4g signal on all of our phones. The villa is in a peaceful and scenic location. We would recommend the inland road to get there rather than the road by the lake which is very tight in places. The kitchen and lounge open onto a lovely patio which is great when the weather is nice. The house is better than on the photos so we were very happy on arrival.

Communication with the owners could be a bit better and some informational at the house would be useful for how to use things and what to do with rubbish etc. (there are no outside bins). There is a switch by the kettle which turns off the power to the oven and microwave which we turned off by mistake and had to cook without the oven on the first night. we eventually found this out but a label would be sensible. These are easy fixes, the house is great.

Good barring three uncomfortable nights.

Location was good obviously one needs a car.

I was very disappointed with the broken sofa bed. Stayed for three nights therefore I had a very uncomfortable stay. Glenda the owner was advised in advance that we would be using the sofa bed. Second day we asked for an extra bed to be brought in this was not done. Had to place cushions under mattress but still it was uncomfortable. Asked for a refund but being ignored by the landlady and have placed complaint through booki.com but keep receiving the same message to give details. I expect a refund for one person for the three night stay. Furthermore sofa bed was in living area in front of fireplace so room was full of odour, again unbearable. Totally unsatisfied with the sleeping arrangements.
