THE perfect place on Lake Como!!!

Where should we start - amazing host, fantastic view, great location, spotlessly clean .... this accommodation has it all for the most perfect stay at Lake Come you can imagine! The location - it could not be more perfect! It is set in a quite street. You are a short drive from Bellagio and all the ferries and boats you will need to explore the lake ... do not make mistake to stay in the town of Como (mistake many people make ) because that will be a very long drive to everything. You can visit the town once by ferry or on your way there and that will be more than enough. For the rest of the experience you want to be closer to Bellagio but not in Bellagio - so this place is absolutely perfect for that! The view - breathtaking view over the lake! The view could not be more perfect ! You don't get this kind of view even in fancy hotels. Amenities- it is spotlessly clean spacious apartment! Very comfy beds, very quiet ... There is a G shaped huge private terrace that is amazing! Priceless! Host - we are in absolute awe of our host Dani! We ve been travelling around the world for a very long time and we ve never had such a great host! Patient with our very late arrival, kind , super organized and very efficient. His advice made our stay perfect! Every single suggestion was spot on. He will give you perfect advice to organize your stay, will answer at any time and yet he was never nosy or too much. Classy and efficient, he can give masterclass to luxury hotels let alone airbnb hosts . Thank you Dani! All in all you cannot go wrong with this place! We cannot wait to come back. Highly, highly recommended!

Great location, amazing view, best hosts!

This property has an amazing location and views. It’s close to the lake, has easy access by car, easy parking. The hosts, Eros and Dani go above and beyond the usual host "duties". They booked us dinners at the restaurants, reserved boat rental, explained what to see and where to go. Their response time on Whatsapp or the Booking app is super fast.

Fabulous apartment with a great view of the lake with very helpful host and we would go back to it without hesitation.

The hosts were very helpful. When we got lost looking for the apartment, they rode their Vespa around looking for us and lead us to the apartment. The apartment was well furnished with stove, oven dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator and washer. The furniture was very comfortable. We liked the deck. it was well furnished. The apartment has a million dollar view of the lake, Villa del Balbianello, and the Swiss Alps. Plus it has free assigned parking off the street. Several stores, restaurants, and the ferry dock were within walking distance. Lezzeno is a small community and doesn’t have the hoards of tourists like Veranno and Belliagio. It was quiet at night.

Lovely place with awesome host

Great place, great host, great view, ultra comfortable. I cam with whole family 4 people and a small baby. Eros (the host) was extremely helpful. He responded to all our requests in a second. He showed us around, he even made restaurant reservation for us. Apartment is spacious with AC and all everything you need. The view from terrace is STUNNING. Cannot think of better place to spend our short holiday. There was everything for our little one: baby cot, small bath, changing mat, high chair all you can think of. 11/10

Best view of Lake Como

Excellent view of Lake Como. It definitely has the 'wow effect'. You can even see Villa del Balbianello from the balcony at the other side of the lake. The apartment is spotlessly clean, good size and it seems recently renovated.

As with most (all) towns in the area, there are steep slopes which may be challenging for older people.

Great location, 10min from Bellagio. Super view over the lake, comfortable beds, big size bedrooms and living area. Private parking, nice pizzeria nearby, hosts were super friendly and helpful.

The place is situated on the northern slope, so outside the summer season is in the shade most of the day

Fantastic vacation

We liked everything- starting with this breath taking view to the lake, super clean and convenient and this sensation of feeling welcome. The food recommendation on short walking distance were great and we also could do day trips to different villages and towns around the lake. We will definitely come back. The attention from the hosts was exceptional. Thanks for the great stay!
