Bellagio Ghisallo Penthouse

My family and I were coming from another stay in the same area, where we paid triple the price of this apartment. Here, on the other hand, we finally feel very well. The attic is cozy. Some typical restaurant near the apartment. Simple but nice furnishing, but the kitchen looks to be brand new and of an excellent standard. Comfortable, clean and definitely affordable at this price for a group of people. My family and I recommend it to anyone who doesn't intend to pay the absurd price of 500 euros for one night, which is the average one of any other good standard apartments in Bellagio.

An excellent stay. Penthouse was beyond expectation. The owner is very kind. Beds OK and kitchen with microwave. Spacious and clean. The village is wonderful!

Property, Location, Facilities, amenities. My Experience was very bad. We had to leave a day before, as it was not as per my expectation and not as per the advertisement on booking.com. There was no lift in the apartment and it was on 3rd floor. I went with my old parents and it was very difficult for them to climb up and down. Location of apartment was very bad, not as per the advertisement. There was no hand washing soap in the apartment. In the advertisement it was mentioned that property has garden & terrace to sit but there was nothing. It is a very old and dirty property. There was nothing available around the property like restaurants to eat. We had to sleep a night without dinner. We couldn't even sleep properly at night as there were no fans and when we kept the doors and windows open there were lot of mosquitoes which didn't let us sleep the whole night. My worst holiday which got terminated and spoilt because of this apartment.

It was dirty. The mattress was bad. The mattresses were unclean, towels old and stinky.

The place was quite neat n tidy, it was nice of them to provide us with a kitchen and required utensils. I would say, overall the stay was okay. Also the mountain view from the pent house was pretty amazing. :)

When we reached there, we found that there was no electricity (however it was fixed asap). Later, we discovered that there were only two room heaters whereas we were 6 ppl and three rooms (two bedrooms and one living). We couldn't use the heater and the geyser at the same time. And we weren't informed about this before coming there. Woods for the fireplace were arranged last minute.

It is very well ubicated to visit the surrounding area, with beautiful landscape views of the mountain nearbye and trecking paths if you want to explore the nature.

Cold water and chilling apartment the first day, there was just a pellet heater to warm up the entire apartment which was defenetly not enough, the house was chill all the time, expecially the bathroom and the sleeping room. Poor kitchen utilities and few towels, one even with a dirty dried spot on it. Some spider net on the roof. Poor igene and facilities overall.

BEAUTIFUL SPACIOUS HOUSE WITH TERRACES AND INTERNAL PARKING. FURNISHED IN A SIMPLE MANNER BUT WITH STYLE. I ONLY STOPPED ONE NIGHT BUT IT WAS A GOOD EXPERIENCE. VERY COMFORTABLE THE PRESENCE OF THE KITCHEN. BECAUSE WE ARRIVED VERY LATE AND ALL THE SHOPS WERE CLOSED, THE HOST HAS BEEN VERY KIND AND HAS LEFT THE INGREDIENTS TO COOK AND SOAP AND SHAMPOO. IRREPROACHABLE CLEANING.

THE LOCATION IS LOVELY BUT YOU MUST HAVE THE CAR TO GO TO THE CENTER OF BELLAGIO IF YOU WANT TO AVOID THE BUS. YOU FEEL THE LACK OF A TELEVISION WITH SATELLITE CHANNELS

Ample parking space.

- The apartment was spooky and ill maintained! It desperately needs overhaul. - There was hardly any terrace. One of the doors to the terrace couldn't even be opened. They were also very dirty. - The kitchen was a joke! It was run down.. didn't feel like using anything from there. - The bathroom bidet was non-functional. - There was a water leakage in the flush tank. It made a constant noise. Couldn't sleep. Kids kept on complaining. - It was cold. The blankets were not adequate. - We were six people and there were only 3 bath towels. - The soap was left over from what would have been used several times by others. My kids were scared and parents and wife unhappy. Just to avoid the apartment, we stayed out as long as we could and would return only late in the night. What was supposed to be a wonderful Bellagio experience, turned out to be a dampener.

Appartamento delizioso. La pulizia mi è sembrata ottima e i locali per due persone sono decisamente in abbondanza. Direi che mi sono trovato bene.

Non ho riscontrato difetti. Tutto è andato bene.

È stato tutto perfetto. L’appartamento è enorme per tre persone rispetto agli standard della zona. La pulizia è impeccabile e l’arredo carino, soprattutto la cucina e la camera matrimoniale.

Niente di cui lamentarsi. Siamo stati altre volte sul lago di Como e rispetto alla zona, secondo me, è un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, anche se non è direttamente sul lago che, se vogliamo, è l’unico aspetto che non è un punto di forza della struttura. Ma in 10 minuti ci si arriva.

Bardzo pomocny gospodarz , pomimo nieobecności był cały czas z nami w kontakcie. Ładne miejsce , wyłączył nam się prąd ale bardzo uprzejme sąsiadki z naprzeciwka pokazały gdzie są korki i prąd wrócił , dobra cena , trochę wysoko trzeba wejść schodami na ostatnie piętro także z dużym bagażem trudno , blisko sklepik można było zrobić śniadanie , brak czajnika

Wir fanden die Unterkunft makellos sauber vor. Die Lage ist interessant, auch wenn sie nicht im Zentrum von Bellagio liegt, da man sein Auto im Garten parken kann. Der Gastgeber begrüßte uns persönlich: Er ist ein sehr angenehmer und freundlicher Mensch. Der Gastgeber ist ein sehr berühmter Künstler in Italien, und wir hatten etwa eine Stunde lang ein angenehmes Gespräch über Kunst und Architektur. Es war ein einzigartiges Erlebnis!

Mansarda di charme. La casa è grande e ben arredata. Bellissimo il giardino! L’host è stato molto gentile e ci ha fatto parcheggiare all’interno. La cucina è nuova e ben fornita. Letti comodi, pulizia impeccabile. Consiglio questa location.

La casa si trova sulla strada principale ma per visitare tutta la zona del lago è fortemente consigliabile avere un auto. C’è comunque un bus che si ferma a 50metri dalla casa.

Logement spacieux et bien équipé. Lits confortables. Calme.

Ci siamo fermati una notte ma è stato molto piacevole. Casa ben tenuta, letti comodi, cucina bene attrezzata. Proprietario gentile. Grazie!

Nos quedamos una noche y llegamos muy tarde, pero no tuvimos problemas de acceso. Franco fue muy amable. La casa está súper limpia, es grande y muy acogedora. Dormimos muy bien, la habitación era tranquila y las camas eran cómodas. La cocina es nueva y está bien equipada: también hay un microondas. Desayunamos en la terraza. Al final: en definitiva, recomendable. Molto bene

Buona la posizione e grande la casa. Una stufa ci ha scaldato per il periodo ancora fresco. Presente un bellissimo giardino dove poter fare Pic nic e rilassarsi. Gestore molto disponibile che ci ha portato ciò che ci mancava durante il soggiorno.

Letti e cuscini molto scomodi e molli. La struttura accoglie gli animali ma non è presente un'aspirapolvere per raccogliere i peli. Dal bagno proveniva un rumore continuo anche di notte.

Parcheggio privato.

Purtroppo quando avevo prenotato ho commesso un errore e volevo annullare la prenotazione, dopo sole 24 ore e mancavano 9 giorni ma non mi è stato consentito.Veniamo all'appartamento: pareti che avrebbero bisogno di una mano di pittura poiché molto logore e sporche,terrazzini sporchi,all'interno del frigo dei prodotti andati a male (arance) e cioccolatini dentro il freezer,sicuramente dei precedenti ospiti.All'arrivo abbiamo trovato il boiler spento,non abbiamo potuto fare la doccia ai bimbi che nel frattempo si sono addormentati(erano le 22).asciugamani, lenzuola, cuscini da mercatino delle pulci.Appartamento veramente spartano,senza nulla all'interno: niente TV,macchina del caffè, sapone x le mani,bagnoschiuma.per farla breve Soggiorno da dimenticare!!!

La posizione era piuttosto centrale e con un ampio parcheggio. Le chiavi dell'appartamento trovate subito con il codice inviato, il programma ha funzionato correttamente.

La biancheria da letto non era sufficiente per il numero esatto delle persone segnalate che avrebbero alloggiato. Abbiamo trovato il boiler dell'acqua calda completamente spento, quindi abbiamo dovuto aspettare diverse ore prima di poterci rinfrescare. Non abbiamo utilizzato la cucina.
