Apartment "al Signorino" is the location of our dreams! Recently renovated, the apartment offers 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen and living room and a large covered terrace where you can have lunch and dinner while enjoying a magnificent view of the lake. The accommodation can accommodate up to 8 people (one sofa bed). Spacious, over 120 square meters with lake view terrace, a few meters from the road, but without the noise of traffic. the house is not directly accessible by car because it is located in an elevated hamlet , all the villages in the area are located between the lake and the mountains and are characterized by stairways and alleys, this gives tranquility from the summer hustle and bustle, motorcycles, buses, no smog, and a breathtaking view, a real postcard of Lake Como.... Not that I mind! Rooms will be made available based on the number of paying guests (2 guests per room, 3/4 guests for 2 bedrooms, 5/6 guests for 3 bedrooms, 7/8 guests for 3 bedrooms and sofa bed) if you want another bedroom you need to pay extra. One bathroom for 1 to 3 guests, two bathrooms for 4 to 8 guests, If you want a second bathroom you have to pay extra. children up to three years stay free of charge in a crib in the parents' bedroom. We offer high chair, potty, baby bathtub, various games, play station, alexa for listening to music. The apartment is very comfortable and is perfect for families with children. It is also located in a quiet area, close to the road but away from traffic noise. It is not possible to reach by car but only on foot. Private unattended parking lot. Check-in from 15:00 to 19:00, after that time you need to pay extra charge. After midnight it is impossible to check in.Time to be arranged upon request at the time of booking or a few days before the stay.Generally we personally welcome our guests directly to the private aprcheggio but could, for personal problems, be arranged a self check-in ( we will meet the guests later).Aspites will be registered with passport/identity card and will have to be paid on site tax. We kindly ask you to wash pots/dishes or may be charged extra, no parties, pets and in the accommodation only registered guests. At check-in all essentials (oil, salt, pepper, toilet paper, soap, detergent, coffee, water,...) will be made available to the guest if you run out of something you will have to buy it yourself. In the vicinity of the accommodation, there are restaurants, bars, mini market, bus stop, public beach, private boat rental (to be driven without a license), bike rental and possibility of water activities/sports. about 15 minutes walk away is the bank, pharmacy, public boat dock and info point. Tourist brochures will be made available at the facility. A cash deposit is required at check-in, which will be returned at check-out if there are no damages.
