The view was absolutely stunning. Couldn’t believe the location especially for the price!
Trying to figure out the heating system was a bit tricky, the bed was a bit hard, and no elevator for luggage

+ the 110 bus stop is just around the corner
+ there's a small grocery store nearby
+ I didn't hear any of the neighbors - the sound insulation is solid
+ dishwasher
- would be good to have a bit more toilet paper haha
- unfortunately, the Cadenabbia ferry terminal was closed for maintenance during our visit, which made transportation a bit more complicated, but the 110 bus is reliable (even when it was delayed by 10 minutes, another bus departing from Menaggio waited for it)
- it's a bit of a controversial opinion, but because the road runs so close to the lake, it's hard to fully relax almost anywhere close to that road; for that, the northern part of the lake might be a better choice

Good location! free parking nearby - need to be lucky to find a spot although..
NO AC - BEWARE in the summer! it's getting pretty hot!
The hair dryer is very dirty - my wife couldn't use it!
