Nah an der Autobahn, gut gelegen zur Durchreise.

Es hat so extrem nach Textilerfrischer/Weichspüler gerochen, dass ich einen Asthmaanfall bekommen habe. Wir riechen auch Stunden später noch danach.

Buono, lo consiglio.

Noi, conosciamo la zona, perché sono di Lugano ma ci siamo trasferiti in Italia. Sono ritornata con mio figlio di 13 anni per trovare alcuni amici ed anche lui è rimasto molto contento. La stanza è molto accogliente. Abbiamo trovato tutto pulito e in caso di necessità lo staff è subito pronto ad aiutarti. Il posteggio di fronte alla struttura è comodissimo. La struttura è in mezzo al verde in un piccolo paesino. Noi, la consigliamo e sicuramente in caso di necessità ci ritorneremo.

Sono una persona che guarda i dettagli. La struttura mette a disposizione nella stanza la macchinetta del caffè, peccato che abbiamo avuto le cialde solo per due mattine (essendo solo un adulto a berlo). Nel lavandino in camera, l acqua faceva fatica a scendere, secondo me, necessita di essere pulito il tubo. Dopo aver fatto la doccia e gli asciugamani sono bagnati e umidi, in camera non c erano ganci, dove poterli appenderli. Prima di lasciare la stanza ho disfatto il letto. Personalmente, coprirei i cuscini con delle fodere e aggiungerei un copri materasso prima di mettere la biancheria per gli ospiti. Queste sono piccole osservazioni personali, avendo un buono spirito di adattamento, non le ritengo cose per cui non ci si possa ritornare.

Het zag er schoon uit, goed parkeergelegenheid. De perfecte doorreislocatie en ruim 8 minuten bij een prachtig meer waar je kon zwemmen.

Het was erg warm en benauwd in de kamer, ondanks de ventilator op maximaal (we wisten dat er geen airco was). Mijn vriendin heeft niet kunnen slapen vanwege de warmte. Raam kon niet open (zelfs niet op kiepstand), omdat er een buurtkat naar binnen in de kamer wilde. Onduidelijk was het, of het een zwerfkat was of huiskat.

I certainly won't return here again.

I stayed with my mother for three nights. It's located on the outskirts of Lugano, specifically in Grancia, across from an industrial park. Despite being only 10 minutes from the bus stop, which runs frequently, the hilly climb with our suitcases was tedious. Of course, it's a quiet area...at night, you can only hear the bells of the nearby church. Both the room and bathroom were very clean. The hot water, Wi-Fi, etc., worked perfectly.

Despite being indicated on Booking.com, there's no 24-hour reception; in fact, there's no reception at all... nor lockers. Communication with the staff was cumbersome. Despite having made the reservation through Booking.com, I had to send them the documentation several times via WhatsApp... and they always repeated the same thing. The physical delivery of keys is done through safes with codes at the entrance. It's true that check-in is open after 3:30 p.m., but they had me outside, right at the door, waiting for an hour with my mother, in the heat, and with our suitcases. The cleaning lady was inside, and we could have gotten in because the room was already ready. The room is extremely small; there's barely enough room to open our suitcases. It was very hot in the room, and the fan didn't provide enough air. With the window open, there was no fresh air either, and the view was of a warehouse in the interior courtyard. Microwave, coffee maker and kettle inside the closet itself... Everything was very small... The room was not comfortable at all. Although the public transport card was indicated as included in the Booking.com reservation, a few days before I was informed that it doesn't include anything... and therefore, we couldn't use the useful Ticino Ticket, which allowed us to travel comfortably by public transport throughout the canton of Ticino, like most hotels. The restaurant, cafeteria, and packed lunches that Booking.com also advertises don't exist. There is only one restaurant that serves dinner in the evenings, and it is closed on Mondays. Despite the reasonable price/quality ratio, I certainly won't return here again. Booking.com should take action against this establishment because it advertises services such as lockers, 24-hour reception, a transport card, and a cafeteria/restaurant service that are nonexistent in practice. It's a scam for Booking.com customers.

Op voorhand documenten moeten invullen met alle gegevens van onze paspoorten, nadien nog eens foto’s moeten doorsturen van onze paspoorten, eens daar aangekomen kon ik de toegangscode niet ontvangen omdat ik geen internet had, dat werd telefonisch wel opgelost uiteindelijk, maar was stresserend. De kamers waren bloedheet en de ventilators werkten enkel met het licht aan, dus als je wou slapen niet. Kwaliteit van beddengoed was onaangenaam

Impossible to check in and receive key/code

Beware that the check in process is a disaster. I had to download a 3rd party app to communicate with the owner (whats app), i had to enter my credit card on a 3rd party website, i had to enter my document information details on another 3rd party website, i had to send photos of the same documents via whats app (all the red flags but I did it anyway!) and still on the afternoon of the check-in day i didn't have the key/code to enter the apartment. So I had to book another hotel and forfeit my payment to this place! I hope you enjoy my money without actually delivering the service that I paid for!

Riecht angenehm im Raum nach Wäschmittel alles frisch gewaschen, hatte sogar Kaffe Maschine mit 2x Kapsel und Wasserkocher und Tee. Es gibt extra Decken und Kissen zum schlafen. Die Umgebung ist ganz nett und das Restaurant unterhalb ist sehr praktisch. Gut gemacht war der gemeinsame Balkon, man konnte sich gut abgrenzen da der rundum geht und genügend Tische vorhanden.

Leider hatten anderen Gäste Streit und waren sehr laut ansonsten kann man gut schlafen auch wenn etwas hellhörig. Ich rate ausserdem direkt das Foto des Ausweises zu senden, ich musste deswegen etwas Geduld üben, um den Code zu bekommen.

Für die Durchreise ideal. Nicht weit von der Autobahn. Zimmer war für uns ausreichend. Gemeinschaftsbad war sauber. Kühlschrank gab es auch. Balkon war auch vorhanden 😊

Das wir einen Strafzettel bekommen haben. Wir waren um 15.20 Uhr da. Sind um 15.30 Uhr erst reingekommen und haben den Strafzettel um 15.35 Uhr bekommen. So schnell konnten wir nicht die vom Hotel vorgefertigte Parkscheibe ins Auto legen. Das ist nicht gut organisiert !!!

Bis auf die Sauberkeit und für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ok.

Der Support via WhatsApp hat ausserodenlich gut geklappt. Das Bett war bequem. Das Zimmer für nur Übernachten tiptop. Die Pizzeria hat nicht gestört und die Organisation vom Parkplatz war gut geregelt.

Verständigung: Vielleicht sollte doch die Möglichkeit der deutschen Verständigung möglich sein. Da dies auch eine Landessprache der Schweiz ist. ;-) Sauberkeit: In den 4 Tagen die ich dort war, sah ich nicht, dass die Nasszellen, Lavabo und WC gereinigt wurden. Zimmer: 1 Kleiderbügel sowie keine Möglichkeit um die Jacke aufzuhängen (ausser die Stuhllehne) war sehr minimal. Auch wenn für die Preisleistung, welche ein schmales Budget erlaubt, nicht viel Betreuung erwartet werden darf, sollte doch die Sauberkeit (vorallem) in den Gemeinschaftsräumen besser sein.

The worst experience.

My experience was really bad. I booked the hotel one month in advance. I do not know if it is due to Booking.com or the hotel. When it comes close to my date, the price gets lower. And I saw that of 7 rooms, just 2 rooms were booked. When staying, I finally knew the reason. The location is very far from the city centre (nearly 5km), with that price, is it really worth it? Secondly, the water here was so dirty, and the cups were partly broken even. The customer service was horrible. If anyone seeing on their site that they supported ticino ticket. NOOO, they stop it. A piece of advice from me, never book this hotel (choose the one in the city centre), pay attention to the one giving you ticino tickets. Even if you want to find peace, this one has awful facilities. I thought Booking.com was already disgusging, this one was even worse.

Good price at 30 minutes from Lugano

There's a cool balcony, room comes with a small fridge, a microwave, coffee machine and a hand washer, there's no air conditioner, but theres a small ceiling fan.

Bathrooms are shared with all the guests, there's 2 big and clean bathrooms with shower, we didn't find it a problem at all, but its something to have in mind.
