This stay at this location was a great start to our 12 day visit to Switzerland and Italy

We enjoyed the breakfast layout and the location was great.

Nothing for our needs - Nicolas, his dad and his sister were attending hosts.

Would highly recommend

Property was lovely especially with the view that was provided for Room 2. Very simple key process to get into your house and each room has their own locks. Towels, hairdryer and all other basic necessities were provided, food was also included with coffee, butter, cereal, milk etc. Well enjoyed and good value for money for what was paid. Interactions with father of the owner were nice, very friendly.

Though one thing I would say is the owners brought their relatives and friends over, whilst we were renting it out and we assumed solely it would be two rooms for two or so guests, not a full house of people until 12pm or so, which was rather late and disruptive.

Overall positive and nice experience

Very nice place and the instructions were very clear, cute room and pretty view. The accommodation was very nice and parking was definitely appreciated

Breakfast was pretty stingy that involved just coffee/tea, toast and butter/jam. I find it very insignificant and not worth mentioning in a booking. The grocery store will suffice that the property offers as alternative.

A wonderful long weekend in an amazing area.

An amazing house in a wonderful and silent area. Close to downtown ( walking distance). The fact that there was a garden, kitchen available to use was perfect. Loved this location! The owner was super nice and very helpful.

Beautiful house and garden. The room was very clean and we felt right at home. It has a private bathroom and a window to the peaceful garden. Great location to explore the broader Lugano region and for walking the Hermann Hesse walking trail.

Hostel-Feeling für Gäste, die Selbstversorgung mögen und gerne mit anderen Kontakt haben.

Das Frühstück war mit Aufbackbrötchen, Butter, Marmelade, Eiern, Obst und Kaffee/Tee in der großen offenen Gästeküche selbst zuzubereiten.Sehr netter Vermieter, der sich gut gekümmert hat. Bei kühlem Wetter wurde frühmorgens schon der Kamin von ihm geheizt und ein Elektroradiator in unser Zimmer gestellt. Die Lage oberhalb von Lugano war sehr ansprechend und mit dem Bus 436 vom Bahnhof Lugano (halb-)stündlich direkt zu erreichen.

Schöner Blick vom Balkon, aber Geräuschbeeinträchtigung durch Autobahn im Tal, nicht jedoch bei geschlossener Tür. Das großzügige Badezimmer ist bereits etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Buon rapporto qualità-prezzo considerati i prezzi di Lugano. Buona pulizia della camera e del bagno. Posizione tranquilla in quartiere residenziale collinare. Ottima per noi che non dovevamo andare in centro città.

Assenza di aria condizionata. C'è solo un ventilatore, che quando le temperature sono molto alte può non essere sufficiente. Cucina a disposizione con tutto il necessario per prepararsi da soli la colazione, ma senza servizio e da dover pulire quando finito. Spesso funziona così, ma a me non piace tanto.

Ruhige Unterkunft, etwas außerhalb von Lugano-Zentrum. Sehr bequeme Betten. Unkomplizierter Aufenthalt mit Hund, auch im schönem Garten Superfreundliche, sehr bemühte Gastgeber

Zusatzgebühr für Hund ( 20 Franken pro Aufenthalt). Frühstücksgeschirr musste selbst abgespült werden.

Smještaj je u vili iznad Lugana. Sve je vrlo čisto i uredno. Vila izgleda impresivno. Na korištenje je velika kuhinja, dnevna soba i dvorište. Parking ispred kuće uključen u cijenu. Domaćini ljubazni i nenametljivi. Check-in po želji, ključ nas je dočekao u sandučiću.

Doručak je elementaran, ali kuhinja je bogato opremljena, pa je moguće i nešto skuhati za ručak ili večeru.

Letto duro C'erano formiche La colazione non è stata per niente come descritta, era per singolo. Non per due e soltanto il primo giorno. Mai avuto caffè né pane. L host, che al telefono sembrava disponibile, ha sempre affermato di aver chiamato i collaboratori ma nessuno è mai arrivato. Alla fine siamo andati al bar a spese nostre (2caffe' e 2 brioches, 13 euro). Abbiamo chiesto un piccolo rimborso per la colazione al bar, host sparito

Die Lage in der Nähe zu Lugano. Der Garten, in dem man bei gutem Wetter frühstücken oder zu Abend essen kann.

Das Wohn- und Schlafzimmerzimmer waren sehr dunkel eingerichtet und rochen muffig, was trotz längerem Lüften nicht wegging. Es gab kein selbstgemachtes Frühstück, sondern nur in Plastik verpackte Croissants, Marmelade und Butter. Das Küchenhandtuch zum Abtrocknen des Geschirrs war total dreckig.

Vila v tradiční italské architektuře, uvnitř spíše antikvariát. Výborná lokalita s výhledy na hory.

Chybějící zvuková izolace. Slyšíte všechno nejen z chodby, ale i z bytu, která je nad vámi. A to dlouho do noci.

Bella casa familiare, gran bel giardino. Vista sui monti. Gentilezza e disponibilitá. Camera spaziosa. Tutti i comfort anche in casa. Parcheggio privato. Posizione ideale, vicina a tutto. Tra le opzioni più economiche della zona.

Il bagno un po' vecchiotto, sarebbe da rinnovare. Gli ospiti dell'altra camera un po' rumorosi, si sentivano fin giù nella nostra stanza. Rimane comunque un bel soggiorno!
