Freundlich: die Besitzerin ist sehr freundlich und geduldig, und auch wenn wir unterschiedliche Sprachen sprachen, haben wir uns mit Hand und Fuß gut verständigen können.
Sauber: alles ist sauber und ordentlich, an alle Details wurde gedacht, man konnte alles gut finden und verstehen.
Erwähnenswertes: Die Besitzerin hatte für uns frisches Obst, trockene und kühle Snacks bereit gestellt- eigentlich ausreichend für ein Frühstück! Auch Wasser aber auch Kaffee/Tee standen zur Verfügung. Außerordentlich zuvorkommend und freundlich!
Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis: hervorragend!!
Top für ein-zwei Nächte Aufenthalt, um Lugano zu erkunden.

In unserer Wohnung tauchte plötzlich eine Person auf , die in einem Nebenzimmer übernachtete.
Das war so nicht zu erwarten.
