Good location, 12 minutes by car to the lake, but due to the serpentines and narrow roads it can be a little longer. Convenient large parking. Clean spacious room, and a very cool large terrace. I liked that we had a window in the toilet with a roller blind.
The neighbors were clearly audible.

beautiful house nested in the mountains of Intelvi Valley, huge room with spacious shower, fireplace and a stunning terrace. Amalio and his wife and daughter were extremely kind and friendly, they let us use the bathroom and change before the room was even ready at 9 am. silent good location to visit the surrounding of lake como and lake lugano, away from the tourist traps. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting!
just a suggestion, as our stay was truly perfect: I would add the possibility of a take away breakfast, because there is not much around the property. apart from this, it was a dream. grazie!

Great, friendly and heartily welcome from Amalio-landlord even though we came a bit late. He was very helpful, giving us excellent tips regarding the neighborhood-where to eat, shop, what to see and where to go to the beach. Nothing was problem, we were served with a tea and felt like at home.
The double room was very clean, spacious for family with two kids and the terrace overlooking the hills was simply marvelous. Great accommodation for affordable price.
The walls of the room were not soundproof enough-there was formidable noise coming from the neighboring room and the extended hall in front of our room, which the other guests used as a meeting lounge.
