The hosts were very quick to answer any questions and requests. I needed to drop off my luggage before official check in time as my bag is too big to bring into museums and they were very accommodating. The room itself was super spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable.
When I first arrived the WiFi was down but the owners fixed it within the day. Shower door and head were a little wonky but worked just fine.

Nice and big room. Nice and modern decoration. Staff was friendly and helpful. Very quiet room.
We stayed at room Chianti. No physical light at all, it felt like casino there. The mattresses a bit outdated, need to be changed immediately. Staff could help with the luggages of the first floor given that we have two children, stroller, a big suitcase and the cabin luggages.

The location. Only 5 minute walk to the centre. The amenities are similar to a 4-5 star hotel room. Coffee machine, Fridge, microwave oven, 2 gas stoves. Fluffy towels. Nice linen. Clean.
This is an "all squeezed in" apartment. Really small, hidden in an old building. Need 4 keys to enter. Refurbished to stand as a luxurious flat. It's on the 2nd floor with no elevator, barely any sunlight, packed with really unnecessary furniture almost claustrophobic. The sofa bed is really uncomfortable. Better for just a couple.
