The property was impeccably decorated, extremely clean and centrally located. There was not a spec of dirt anywhere, and not a single flaw on the property. Everyone on the property was extremely attentive, polite and provided exceptional service.
I would have preferred to have a room that faced the outside instead of the interior but the decor and the service easily overcame that drawback. The hotel was lovely and would stay there again.

- the decor and architecture is outstanding, along with their Ginori porcelain (the green walls of the rooms were very pretty as well)
- the location is very walkable; the river is around a 5 minute walk
- the concierge and everyone that I met were VERY nice and accommodating and gave great suggestions on where to go in Florence

The location was great.
I thought the photos online were a bit misleading when I booked my room I thought I’d maybe get a view. But other than that my room was very calm and peaceful. I had an unlimited mini bar and room service. The staff was also very kind.
