Great location, you'll be able to go anywhere on foot, very helpful and friendly staff, excellent facilities overall, powerful AC (a must in the August heat), spacious room and bathroom and a super tasty breakfast. Alberto and Charlotte were excellent hosts and held our bags for basically a full day after check out!
The three flights of stairs to reach the apartment can be rough, and there was often some noise outside at night due to the bar across the street, but nothing overwhelming.

The room was nice and clean. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was generous (coffee, juice, croissants, ham&cheese toasts, fruit). Location was superb- walking distance to everywhere :)
It was quite noisy at night, we heard everything that was happening in the street (lots of singing from the bar below). The mattress could be updated.

I know everyone has already mentioned the breakfast, but it truly is exceptional! Charlotte is incredibly kind, and the check-in process was smooth and effortless. She even recommended restaurants and neighbourhoods to explore, including some non-touristy areas that I really enjoyed. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Florence.
P.S. The AC is one of the strongest I’ve experienced in Italy — a huge plus during the summer!
The only minor thing to note is that there are stairs, which can be a little tricky with heavy luggage. Otherwise, I had a fantastic stay.
