I know everyone has already mentioned the breakfast, but it truly is exceptional! Charlotte is incredibly kind, and the check-in process was smooth and effortless. She even recommended restaurants and neighbourhoods to explore, including some non-touristy areas that I really enjoyed. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Florence. P.S. The AC is one of the strongest I’ve experienced in Italy — a huge plus during the summer!

The only minor thing to note is that there are stairs, which can be a little tricky with heavy luggage. Otherwise, I had a fantastic stay.

Clean. Did I mention clean. Awesome breakfast. Charlotte was a delight and most helpful.

Property is great. Just be prepared for stairs. Other than that I’d give it a higher rating.

we wanted a good place to stay close to the Duomo - a tall order since so many people are looking for exactly the same thing. We were amazed that our T-2 tram line from the airport put us just 8 minutes walk away from Via Del Sole 7! Charlotte sent us regular updates and directions on finding and how to get in the building. Everything worked like clockwork. The Breakfast was "over-the-top" - delicious and more than we could ever eat. Our private room was perfect - it even had my name (David) taped on the door. We all walked many miles each day, and coming home to our flat was always such a relief. Oh, and our best dinner in our 4 day stay was only 2 doors down the road. Can't ask for better than that!

In Florence, as in so many other European big cities, there are always lots of stairs to go up and down. This hotel was no different, and we were accustomed to it. So, to say we "didn't like all the stairs" is really being unrealistic. So I'll leave it at that :-)
