Hotel 900 Toscana

Amazing location, extremely comfy bed despite being very firm... Slippers and teeth cleaning kit a lovely bonus. The room was compact but the high ceilings made it feel spacious enough and the room was spotless

My only quibble is having staff there only for a few hours, though I understand it keeps the prices competitive...I had no issues so it was fine and it feels a lovely area, very central, so fine for solo travellers like me!

The location is perfect, 5 min walk from the Duomo The room was clean and comfortable . I would recommend it and I would definitely come back.

The location was great, the self check in was easy, the beds were really comfortable.

The hairdryer was not working in our bathroom and as there was nobody at the reception i texted them on whatsapp but did not receive any reply. A hairdryer was left for us a couple of hours later in the common area, however it was too late. We have arrived late at night and we did not have any drinks in the minifridge. We had to leave the premises and buy water from a pub nearby although they had a vending machine at an upper floor. I would suggest including this type of info for the guests upon arrival to make the stay more comfortable.

Location was good, walking distance to most things, or bus stops nearby. Short walk to the train station too. Place was fairly clean.

The hotel desk isn’t manned most of the time, so if you need to leave your bags there you just leave them behind a coded door that everyone else staying there has the same code. Shower could do with an upgrade as it seemed a bit old with build up on it, and water pressure wasn’t great. Bed is quite hard too
