    Our group had two bags stolen in hotel lobby while checking in. Manager denied responsibility, was rude, uncaring and falsely claimed bags were not within hotel property. CCTV practically non-existent, hence the "for-show" unit proved useless. The stay at this hotel unfortunately marred our Italian holiday.
