It was a pleasant and comfortable stay.

The accommodation was very clean, modern, and well maintained, and the communication with the host was clear and helpful throughout our stay.

Although the location appears close on the map, walking with heavy luggage was more difficult than expected due to cobblestoned streets.

Excellent stay – outstanding service!

Our stay at this hotel in Florence was excellent. From the moment we booked, the staff provided exceptional assistance even before our arrival, making everything smooth and stress-free. The same level of care continued after our check-out, which we truly appreciated. The location was ideal, and the room was spotless, comfortable, and exactly what we needed during our trip. The team was always kind, responsive, and genuinely dedicated to ensuring we had a perfect stay. We were extremely satisfied and would happily return. Highly recommended!

Excellent stay with a comfy bed

The room was very clean and to a high standard. Well renovated. There is a lift to the second floor. I didn’t use it but there is storage lockers for your bags with individual codes which is great for before or after your stay. Bed was large and quite comfortable. I slept well and wish more hotel beds were this comfy. The staff were very kind and attentive. The heating worked well - able to be set to my preference by myself. The location was safe and easy to access from the main sights.

Not entirely soundproof - I was woken up by the sound of people showering in the middle of the night a couple of times. Specifically from the water running through the pipes. It’s an old building though so can’t really blame them for that. The bathroom is a lot smaller than I expected, with my arms out I can touch the sides. It made it quite hard to manoeuvre between the shower and toilet.

Bedding was good for a party of 3.

Ventilation in room was bad. Towels were not drying. When you walk in the front doors it was disappointing. Dark and like a basement.

Great value, quality, and location

The location is close to the train station and major attractions. Close to many restaurants and bars. The room is very clean, the bed is very comfortable with many pillows, and the bathroom is nice. Check-in and out was a breeze and they provide free espresso and luggage lockers. They are very accommodating.

The only negative was the shower pressure was a little weak in the morning and you can hear people in the room next door, but it was very quiet at night. We slept well.

Really great place for a short stay

The hotel was in a great location - close to the train and close to the city center where you will find all the touristy sights. The bed and pillow were very comfortable. There was a hairdryer, kettle, mini fridge and even a steamer for clothes.

The door was not very sound proof so you can hear any and all noises coming from the hallway and lobby.

Quite spacious room, with a good table for work, comfy bed. Bathroom was clean.

Very little space to put personal cosmetic bottles in the bathroom. I had to place them on the floor. Low water pressure in the shower, and also hard to set the temperature.

Great hotel for a trip to Florence.

Very cute and updated hotel. Air conditioner was great. Staff was really nice and helpful. Had a taxi service, water/coffee in the lobby. WiFi, and very clean. I felt safe as well. Close by sites, restaurants and shopping.

Fantastic and comfortable stay

We stayed 3 nights for a city trip in Florance. Helpful staff. Completely new rooms with comfortable beds. Great free coffee at the reception. Lockers available for leaving your luggage for the last day.

Easy to find and access. Had self-service lockers to store bags in prior to check in. Lovely waiting area with a coffee machine and water. Bed was comfortable. Within walking distance to shopping and good cafe/restaurants. Room could be blacked out.

Renovations/maintenance was happening on the floor above and went most of the day, which normally isn’t such an issue, but it started early so there was no sleeping in.

Good location, good room.

Location is good, walking to everywhere. We have family of 9 so we booked three triple rooms. There is a gathering room in the hotel that all family can stay together after each day. This is a super plus.

Big plus for very comfortable bed! Check out was really well though through in the sense that there was a possibility for shower after checking out as well as storage boxes for luggage.

Our room was facing inner courtyard, or ventilation canal more like, so the view wasn't that spectacular.

Great family stay near to the centre of Florence. Lovely room and friendly staff

Family room really spacious with proper beds for children, rather than sofa beds. Excellent shower. Great location - central, but quiet. Not too far to walk to attractions. No breakfast, but coffee machine and water chiller available and residents lounge available. Left luggage lockers a real bonus - we used these before check in and after check out. Friendly and helpful staff gave good tips on where to see and eat.

Good but should be a bit cheaper. Still, all Florence is very expensive and the location is great.

Staff was great! Genuinely helpful and kind. Always waiting with a smile, willing to make you feel more comfortable.

Pipes are old I guess so the water on the bathroom sink was taking too long to leave the sink. So even if the place was freshly clean that was a bit disgusting. There's some repairing to do, update showers maybe, though these do work well!
