Staff were exceptionally helpful, answering many questions, booking a cab, etc. The location of the hotel was great, there were many restaurants and shops nearby and most sights were within walking distance.

Location is particularly Central and you can get anywhere in Florence from there
I would recommend to redesign the entry hall because that would give more hospitality when you get in

Easy to find. Clear instructions. Great location (only 10-20 mins walk to all sights)
Very clean, rooms large and spacious.
Filtered water available, kettle, towels and toiletries.
We had a room at the front of the property and on Friday night they partied outside till 3-4am. So, ask for a room at the back it will be quieter if staying Fri/Sat nights.

Bedding was good for a party of 3.
Ventilation in room was bad. Towels were not drying. When you walk in the front doors it was disappointing. Dark and like a basement.
