Love this place , stayed in bypillow in madrid and decided to stay in florence and it was a great idea. Cozy room, clean comfortable

The location and the staff were lovely. The rooms were really clean and the shower was larger and nicer than many we’ve encountered in Italy.
There were some noises throughout the evening (clanging) that could be drown out by white noise but unsure of its origins. Happened every night.

Bedding was good for a party of 3.
Ventilation in room was bad. Towels were not drying. When you walk in the front doors it was disappointing. Dark and like a basement.
