La posizione è ottima. Vicino alla stazione di Santa Maria Novella, vicino al centro e molto comoda per chi si reca al Firenze Rocks. Dopo un concerto si ritorna a piedi in 20 minuti. Stanza pulita e silenziosa (affaccia in un cortile interno). Ottima per soggiorni brevi. Bagno piccolo, ma pulito e con tutto l'essenziale. Aria condizionata. Comunicazioni precise e complete con l'host, forse un po' asettiche, ma comprensibili per un' accomodation in una città con alto flusso di turisti.
Sconsigliata per chi ha problemi di deambulazione o viaggia con bagagli grossi. La scala che porta alla stanza è in pietra, stretta e molto ripida.
La corda scorrevole della tenda oscurante era da riparare, ma comunque funzionante tirandola a mano.

El departamento tenia una ubicación perfecta. En esta ocasión necesitábamos dejar las maletas unas horas antes y lo permitieron sin problema. La comunicación con el hospedaje fue excelente. También valoro mucho que estaba todo muy limpio. Volvería y lo recomiendo.

The little apartment is located in the city centre, surrounded by cafes and restaurants. All the sightseeing spots can be reached in about 10 minutes by foot. The room was small but everything we needed was really efficiently and nicely integrated, such as coffee machine, fridge and a good working ac. The self-check in was easy and the host really friendly and answered all my questions. We stayed two nights and for that it was perfect, if you like to stay longer it might be a bit small though.

Location was good, near river Arno
No lift or elevator, one of the lights was not working and ceiling height was also very less. Main entrance door was approximately 6 feet height
