Lucretia House

This property is very close to the train station and also easy to walk to different parts of the city. The room was cute, comfortable, and we appreciated the small treats the host left us each morning. We had a wonderful time here!

Since this property faces the street, be aware that loud noises outside can be heard. The windows were great at soundproofing against low and moderate volumes, but we were awoken at 4am but a very loud group of people celebrating in the street. If you are sensitive to sound, consider the location!

The location was excellent and the host was very friendly and helpful.

It wasn’t anything like the photos. So felt very misleading. The description we booked under versus what we got when we arrived didn’t match at all. For two people and luggage the room was small and pokey. The room is right above the street and even with the windows closed we were woken by people either in the street or in the unit complex talking or fighting very loudly. Our first night there was the worst night sleep I had in a while. The bathroom smelled of mould. The shower was extremely tiny. It was definitely not worth the money we paid - as they are charging similar to hotel rates but just doesn’t add up to this standard.
