    When we first arrived, the entry off the street looked a bit sketchy and I was worried. Turns out this was one of our best stays on our trip to Italy. Fantastic location (5 min from train) and very close to city center. Super friendly staff (shout out to Maria Clara for making our breakfast so friendly). Quiet room with very good AC. Loved that we got 4 bottles of water daily! Breakfast was good and the freshly made omelets were the best! If you are looking for a full service fancy hotel, it may not be for you, but we really liked it a lot. Several nice/reasonably priced eateries just outside on the same street. You will notice lines waiting to get into the Osteria Pastella just outside the door - turns out they are owned by the hotel and you can book their private table to eat dinner. Highly recommend the experience. In summary - simple but met all of our requirements and we will be staying here again the next time we come to Florence.

    The staff were service oriented. They assisted me with lost luggage and when it arrived they delivered it to my room. The breakfast had a good variety and staff were friendly and helpful making me cappuccino in the mornings. The hotel is steps away from nice restaurants. We checked in late - after the staff left but the main Front desk person provided me instructions and when I had a question, she answered my question via WhatsApp call. Definitely recommend this hotel!

    If you are looking for a fast elevator then this is not the place for you, all other reason of why would probably be positive.

    The location of this hotel is really good and the staff were very friendly. The room we had was very small, but it was clean. I would recommend staying here, good room for the price.
