The shower could be better. The water flow from both the hand shower and the main shower is very weak, probably because they are clogged with limescale. I would really appreciate it if they could be cleaned properly so the water can flow normally. Also, regarding the check-out time, I understand that the hours are clearly stated, but I feel that 10:00 is a bit early. When asking about a later check-out, they seem quite strict about it, which is a small downside. Having the option to check out around 11:00 would make the experience more comfortable.

Very clean and smelled really nice. Comfortable bed and sofa bed.

The person who contacted me was very unpolite, Mathias, but I believe is a pseudo name. He or she is always blame me for not reading the instructions of how to do the check in online, when was Booking that didn't provide me the link. They have to understand that we travelers not always carry our laptop, or computer. In some parts in Italy I did not have internet access on my cellphone or was limited. For one reason or other I could not never see the link the Mathias sent to me, or Booking was supposed to show me. I had to do the booking in the middle of the street taking passports standing on the sidewalk with pedestrians passing by, pulling my credit card, and inputting the data of it in the middle of the street. They again saying that it is my fault that I did not receive the link. They blame that I did not read the instructions sent to me. I traveling taking trains, buying tickets on the train station, they assume that I was either local, or I have the access to internet as a local person. I never received an apology but a blame instead. By the time of checking out, they were also blaming for not reading instructions. I am visiting, I am tourist, I never came to stay in a hotel to keep reading instructions. In that case they should leave it print it on top of one of the tables as any common sense business person will do it. Amazing facility but absolutely poor customer service. They need to know what the term is, Customer Service Oriented, or learn it.
