It's very minor: The drain of the shower is very slow It's a small issue that I think is easy to fix

The owner greeted us at the wrong building across the street (they were doing renovations so we were confused) and personally walked us over to our room, which was very helpful. It is a nice big room, very clean, lovely bathroom, nice and quiet, with a beautiful patio to relax on. We were pleasantly surprised.

Well, all the mosquitos outside! But can't really blame the hotel for that one.

A little gem in a perfect location. 5 minute walk from train station, across the street from SMN pharmacy store. Easy stroll to all major sites. Comfortable beds. Totally quiet. Lovely property manager Mattia.

There is absolutely nothing to dislike.

Location was great. When we arrived the room was clean. Check in was very easy, self-check in with clear instructions. In the small side but has everything you need (inc sink, kettle, fridge) for a short stay in the city.

A couple of things could have been better: -bathroom stank of bleach the entire stay (3 nights) to the point where i struggled to be in there.. no windows in there made it so the smell remained the entire stay. - on our second day we requested the room to be made up as the sheets were dirty from accidental spilt coffee… we arrived back to find the bed had just been pulled back with the same dirty sheets. - our outside ‘terrace’ was open with no way to lock so although private it didn’t feel particularly safe - you can hear other rooms, we could hear next door going to the toilet and everyone coming in and out of the building…. but it’s an old building so can’t be helped.
