The property was very spacious and had an authentic Balinese feel. The staff were helpful and accomodating. They went out of their way to buy me gluten free bread for the breakfast. We loved the private pool and yard and the fact that we were not in the busy, noisy centre of Ubud. Our Villa was quite tranquil and we had visits from geckos and monkeys in the yard which our kids loved. Nearby was Kalos restaurant which was fantastic.
Parts of the property needed maintenance and cleaning. There was a build up of mould and grime in showers. There were some yellow stains on some of the bedding.

Location was good, very quiet and away from the busy Ubud area, had everything you need, great hosts that would do anything to help your stay, breakfast was lovely and you could pick the time that suits you, pool was immaculately clean as well as all the facilities, close to restaurants and indomaret
The road to the villa was narrow and a little rough but still drivable in a car
