Narasoma Homestay & Retreat

Narasoma Homestay & Retreat was one of the highlights of our stay in Bali. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. The location is wonderful – close to everything in Ubud, yet once you step inside Narasoma, it feels peaceful, tranquil and a world away from the bustle outside. We stayed in B Suite, and it was absolutely amazing. We kept saying it felt as though we were staying in a palace and we were the princesses! The beautiful traditional surroundings made our stay feel very special. What really makes Narasoma exceptional, though, is the people. The staff are warm, friendly and genuinely caring. When we became unwell during our stay, they looked after us with such kindness, bringing us ginger tea and toast and checking that we were okay. Narasoma doesn't feel like simply staying in accommodation – it feels like being welcomed into a family. We were very sad to leave and would return without hesitation. Thank you, Charlotte and the wonderful Narasoma team, for making our stay so memorable. ❤️

The location was great, the pool was clean and often had some shade so was comfortable, the massages were nice, the breakfast was good and the staff really friendly. The buildings were traditional and beautiful and well maintained. The bar next door had great live music that did not disturb us.

It is tired, needs a good renovation and a deep clean. To have animal droppings on top of dressers and the window sills not the best when it can be easily cleaned. Housekeeping didn’t seem to be an option unless you specified.
