Affordable, good to book if you’re not planning to stay in the room for most of the day. Bring your own towel as well.

The bed was big and the location was great. I could walk to most places I wanted to go to since it’s right in the center of Ubud.

They gave me dirty towels :( They provided me with better towels after I asked. Room had mold and the bathroom was not renovated like the rest of the room.

our stay at Arik's homestay in Ubud had its ups and downs.

During our one-week stay at Arik's homestay in Ubud, our experience was a mix of positives and areas for improvement. The room we had was decent and served its purpose. The standout feature was the bed, which was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a good night's rest. The breakfast provided, while basic, was aligned with the cost paid for our stay. It might not have been extravagant, but it fulfilled our needs and allowed us to kick-start our days of exploration. Speaking of which, the homestay's location was undoubtedly a highlight. Its proximity to various points of interest made it a convenient starting point for our daily adventures. We were able to easily explore the charming streets of Ubud and immerse ourselves in its cultural offerings.

However, there were a couple of aspects that could have been better. The bathroom was one area that left room for improvement. A more thorough cleaning would have been appreciated to enhance the overall hygiene and comfort of the space. Additionally, the towels provided were quite shabby, which was a bit disappointing and didn't match the overall experience we expected.

Balinese style rooms Excellent yoga studio and Café two doors down from homestay. First room smelled really damp and they moved us immediately to a much nicer room after first night.

We stayed 2 days in normal room and 2 times in deluxe room. Both were very clean and good value for money. We liked the Delux room better as it was much larger and the amenities were newer. We will definitely come back on our next visit to Ubud. Great location, nice staff and nice rooms.

The staff was so hard working and kind! Very accomodating when my plans changed so I was able to leave and come back with no issues. It was such a good location on quieter street right off the main road in the center and next to Radiantly Alive for yoga/workshops. Definitely would stay again.

I recommend this Homestay.

Location was excellent as so easy to walk from the Homestay. I had a booking at Radiantly Alive which was almost next door so very convenient. Staff communicated with me on WhatsApp and came into the street to greet me as Grab driver didn’t see the exact location. There’s a big stone outside. It’s directly opposite Real Spa. Several great cafes on this quiet street such as Bali Buddha. It is a lovely place. Thank you.

The staff was very helpful and kind. The outside of the homestay vary nice and quiet as it’s not directly to the street, very green. The location was very convenient and central to walk around.

Excellent value homestay in the heart of Ubud

Excellent value, old-style homestay with nice, friendly people. Bathroom was big.

Wifi could have been better in my room and they offered me another room but I liked the one I was in. Water pressure, too, was not great in the shower. No biggies.
