It was very central in Ubud, in a very quiet back alley and it's a very big room. Nice terrace, huge bed, big bathroom and very cold AC. The room had a fridge (very useful) and the people I met were very nice all the time. You could say is a basic room, but I missed nothing, in fact. You can stay away from the noisy surroundings in this place.
Any address in the internet about this place is wrong. It's absolutely difficult to find as is almost hidden in a parallel narrow street with a very small sign with its name. Information about the location should be improved in any website. Some minor repairs (wall painting and toilet plumbing) would have improved the overall opinion.

The location is nice, a few minutes walking to the centre of Ubud. The room is spacious and the staff lovely. Is in a kind of quiet location (comparing to other parts of Ubud) but you can still hear some motorbikes and sometimes some roosters.
The shower has hot water but it’s hard to regulate it. Also the shower wasn’t so good (pretty much just a few drops). The large double bed is actually two joined single beds which made our sleeping a bit uncomfortable.
The insulation in the bedrooms is not good and you can hear easily the noise of the bedroom beside or above yours. There’s a very annoying dog in the property that barks the whole day for any small noise/movement and during the night as well.
