Beautiful stay in the rice fields

The views from the balcony are very nice (it makes a difference to be on the second floor), we could even see fireflies at night. The breakfast was very good, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

That it's only accessible by foot or motorcycle, and the narrow path has quite a lot of traffic. We also booked the Mount Batur sunrise hike via the hotel, but the tour operator organized it quite badly. We had to wait for an hour in the car without picking up anyone else before leaving Ubud. I would suggest looking for a tour operator myself.

Perfect place for Ubud!

The hotel is set in a beautiful location away from the chaotic scenes of the main streets of Ubud and overlooking the rice terraces. It’s all pretty idyllic a the view from our room and terrace was superb. The staff were very friendly and helpful and breakfast was excellent and served on our terrace. The staff picked us and our luggage up from the main road on scooters as there is no car access to the hotel. This made it all the more peaceful and enjoyable. We rented scooters ourselves and really enjoyed exploring the beautiful countryside around Ubud.

The Amazing Ratidya

Basically everything was excellent bar the breakfast options. Location is excellent relative to central Ubud, beautiful location amongst rice paddy fields. The staff were so nice, they come on scooters to get your bags from the main road and are always smiling. Very clean and the showers can be very hot!

The location is a bit of a challenge to get to, the access road is very narrow it's 15 mins walk from the main road. It's great if you can ride a scooter! But I can't fault the villa for anything other than breakfast. A choice of a juice or fruit could be relaxed to being able to have both.

Amazing and Highly Recommended

If you're looking for a peaceful place away from the hustle and bustle of Ubud's streets, this is the perfect spot. We stayed for four nights and had an excellent experience. The service is outstanding – the staff are kind and attentive.The rooms are spacious, and the beds are large and very comfortable. Breakfast is served on the private terrace of your room, with stunning views of the rice fields – and it’s absolutely delicious. We absolutely loved our stay and would definitely recommend it. Thank you to all the staff for making our time here so special!

Set in a lovely place. Up a path only accessible by walking or on motorbike but it feels like it’s in nature. And not too far of a walk to the main street of Ubud. Staff were nice and helpful. Breakfast dropped to your door every morning.

Wasn’t a fan of the outside bathroom and it’s very muggy and there’s bugs etc. The towels could have been cleaner/fresher as they smelt damp and had stains on them.

This is a beautiful and peaceful location.

This is a beautiful and peaceful location. The room was pristine with a gorgeous balcony overlooking the rice fields. Every day our breakfast was delivered to the balcony at the time we requested. The staff were very kind and accommodating. I would recommend the superior studio room which is upstairs so you have a view. The property is not accessible by car, so the staff will meet you at the main road to collect your bags and you, on scooter, and bring you to the property. To get to the main road in Ubud, it is a 20 minute walk along a path thru the rice fields. It is a beautiful pathway with a lot of shops, accommodation, restaurants and cafes. If you don't want to walk, you can always catch a scooter ride. We loved being away from the main road. In the evenings, walking back to the accommodation, it felt like the busyness of Ubud just melted away behind us.

Charming area - "retreat road", very nice staff. Quality breakfast, nice relaxing pool. Stunning view from the outdoor kitchen, especially at dawn.

You need to be prepared for the road as said in many comments. We had some issues with the electricity (one breaker was frequently switched off) and as there is a chicken coop /henhouse next to the hotel sometimes the smell is "funny". But nothing unbearable.

Honestly how involved the owner is with the guests and staff. The staff were very attentive of my needs. The property is clean.

The location has no car access and walking to the hotel can be anywhere from 20 to 30 minutes depending on your health status. They did pick me up and drop me off each and every time I needed it.

If you looking for a quite place to relax after Ubud traffic then definitely we would recommend it

We stayed 6 nights in Raditya villa and We really enjoyed. The property is allocated in the middle of rice fields but just 15 -20 mins walk out of very busy Ubud city center. You can reach it only on foot or by small motorcycle, meaning no cars in this area. The walk is enjoyable as you have several small shops and caffès along the road but you also admire the nature and rice fields. The property is small ,has just 5 villas , but the rooms are spacious , clean and there is a nice little swimming pool .the owner and staff are very kind and helpful, they will come down to pick you up with a motorcycle ( if you don’t want to adventure yourself and rent one ), in alternative there is always a grab if you don’t won’t to walk . Also for those who want to do some yoga there is a Ubud yoga house just around 400-500 m from the facility.

It’s hard to say we didn’t like something .

Beautiful and peaceful Villa to stay in Ubud

Mr. Made, his family and staff were amazing. The breakfast was good, on our last day we had to take an early transfer and they managed to prepare an early breakfast for us. They picked us up and dropped us off on the main road. The room was clean. We booked a tour with then to see the main attractions around Ubud and it was really worth it.

Nothing to dislike about property. -Take some mosquito repellent, you will need it -Car will only take you yo the main road (the walk to the property is beautiful though) -Take some flashlight for night walks

The property is wonderful, breakfast was great and the property is clean and well taken care of. It’s located in a rice field with cafes and restaurants close by. The staff are very accommodating and the owner took us on a tour and other driving services for a very reasonable price. This is my second time staying here, I highly recommend it!

Since it is in such a beautifully remote area, it requires a scooter ride from the main road(for luggage) but this is done by hotel staff. Without luggage, this is an easy 10-minute walk

Beautiful villas located walking distance from central Ubud

Beautiful room and property located adjacent to the rice fields. The owners and staff are exceptional - friendly and always available to cater to every need. The room and property are spotlessly clean, well laid out and very comfortable; the breakfast was delicious. The owner picked us up in Sanur and drove us to where motor scooters were waiting to haul us and our luggage up the hill on a path to the villa. Once we were at the property, it was very relaxing and nothing could have been better!

The 15-minute walk or motor scooter ride up the hill from central Ubud is on a steep, narrow and busy path. We found it interesting but difficult to use sometimes, especially at night.

Couldn’t recommend staying here enough!! We just had the best experience. Perfect location - we really appreciated being off the main road, but still close enough to town for activities. We just loved our quiet walks through the working rice fields and gorgeous views. All the staff were wonderful and very helpful (even scootering us and our luggage to the main road for check-in and check-out). The breakfast was delicious every morning with multiple options and daily variations in fruits/juices.
