A peaceful and enjoyable stay in a lovely setting.

Great location, beautiful surroundings, and very friendly staff. The room was clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing.

There were a few minor maintenance issues, but nothing that affected my stay too much.

Property is beautiful.

The hotel has a beautiful atmosphere and looks appealing at first glance. However, the overall cleanliness was very disappointing. The bathrooms were not clean, and the room did not feel cozy or well-maintained. Considering the price, it was not worth the money, and the experience did not meet expectations.

The place to stay in Ubud!

I love everything about this place. Junjungan Suite Villa is my place to stay when I am in Ubud. The owner, Mr. Made, is a very wise man, was a pleasure to talk with him and all the staff is so friendly and ready to help. You have amazing view from any room at very good price. Is so relaxing this place and only 10min ride from Ubud centre. I can't recommend this place enough! Thank you for everything!🙏🏻

The view was absolutely epic, so stunning, terrific value for money, actually almost magical, thank you for a wonderful stay💖🥰💖

Not what it seems. Unfortunately the photos are very dated and our particular room had mould.

The staff are friendly and helpful. We hired a driver from Junjungan Suites for a day trip and he was great, very accommodating. Just a short walk up the road are some nice places to have a meal.

Unfortunately the room we stayed in downstairs (Connecting Family Suite) had a major problem with mould and a really pungent smell. We found mould all over the pillows and had to spray perfume throughout the room to disguise the smell. The bathroom was like a cave and was very damp and smelt bad. After our first night's stay we did address this issue with staff and we were promptly moved to a villa up the road.

All the staff were wonderful - welcoming, friendly and helpful. The owner, Made, is a kind, proactive man. Only a 10min drive into Ubud Centre (within it traffic), and a lovely 45min walk. I will absolutely be back to Junjungan!

Still enjoyed but won’t book again.

The villa was private and large but very open.

The mould all over the walk ways made it very dangerous. My son fell over multiple times and I fell down walking from the steps. I complained to management. Which they tried to fix straight away but damage was done. Kitchen sink leaked all over the floor and photos weren’t the same to what I booked.

Brilliant!

Junjungan suite was very comfortable, clean and quiet. The staff were all so friendly and the best part was the beautiful outdoor area with 2 pools overlooking rice fields. Really beautiful and relaxing. Also they offered a very cheap VERY good breakfast in the morning and good value excursions/ driver.

The only downside is that it is a 45 min walk into ubud central which is nice as it’s a little more quiet. They do offer a taxi service though for only 40K rupi and there is also Grab you can take, so it wasn’t a problem.

Overall happy with stay

The order timber hut was run down, floor uneven and the infrastructure was poor, the steps into the bathroom were unsafe and toilet was on a lean. I felt likely to fall also the walk to the suites was very very steep and a ling distance Would not suit elderly or those in poor physical condition.. I had back pain. Amd found difficult. However when explaining to manager how affected my back they were very accommodating and were able to move us to a closer more accessible room. Which was lovely. Air-conditioner was cold and bed was comfortable. Pool is lovely.

It was quite a distance from moat attractions and city but enjoyed the tranquilly of this aswell. The Ithaca Cafe next door had great coffee.

Staff were very helpful and friendly.

The room was not what we booked, there was no hot water, then there was burning hot water for am the beginning of the shower, then again only cold water! The view is beautiful, but the pool isn’t inviting, and there is construction work nearby starting early morning until 10 or 11pm! There wasn’t a fridge nor water kettle when we arrived in the room, despite it being mentioned in the booking. We had to ask and yet only got the fridge. We were not told that they offer transfers inti down. We found out by chance from other guests on our last night. The transfer costs 30Rp, although we and the other couple shared the transfer, they charged us 30Rp each… and the list just goes on!

The place it's nice, souranded by rice terraces.

The place it's outside of ubud. You need a taxi to reach it from ubud main road since walking it's quite difficult due to the traffic. We stayed in a cottage which it's OK. However, the bathroom is very humid and dark, the bed was moving, and the overall impression is of improvisation. The worst part is breakfast, because it's in a dirty place, with no higine measures at all.
