Great stay overall

Villas are very spacious and kitchen equipment are available to cook your own meal. Staff are nice and easy to contact host.

The electricity is prepaid and we had a few incidents of power going off. One blackout was in the middle of our sleep and the airconditioning of course stopped working. Because it was around 3am I think, even if we contact the host she isn’t responding as she is probably sleeping. The moment she wakes up, it was rectified right away. But better planning on when to top up electricity should be done to ensure there will be no interruption of power.

Apologies, although not too expensive, the images don’t really reflect the current state of the property. The property is tired and needs some TLC. The images reflect the layout, but the whole place needs a lick of paint, a good scrub and some new soft furnishings. I did not feel like the photos represented what we got. It has a lot of potential and I guess it’s ok for a cheap stat, but we thought we were booking something rustic with character, not aged furniture and feel.

Breakfasts were good and complementary because of the disruption due to the power grid failure!Heavy rain and storms caused a tree to fall on the power cable. The location and setting of the villa was perfect. Ubud was an easy commute and a number of restaurants nearby. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were spacious. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The setting was beautiful and the villa was spacious.

Kitchen facilities were poor. The villa needed more basic equipment. The electrics were not stable and kept tripping! The heavy rain storms did not help in any way! This was not the fault of the management. But the villa could excel with some basic upgrades and TLC.

Very good

The villa is amazing, such a beautiful place. The pool is perfect and it has a lot of space, loved the arquitecture. Really comfortable. It has an outdoor kitchen and living room. It is close enough to the centre of Ubud just a 10 min ride

It had a few ants on the room (just on the floor at least) but I guess it is hard to control that at is a villa with a lot of plants. Other thing that I didn’t like is that the manager was quite rude. I was asked to turn down my music. Of course I understand but the way they asked was very rude.

Waste of money and unhelpfull owner

We were in Canggu and we got displayed his place is 7km away. But in fact, it was a 2,5h drive. So we canceled the booking 5min. after the booking but the host did not accept a cancelation. I am really disappointed. We ended up needing to pay for 2 villas same day.
