I wouldn't recommend it.

Location is good.

Roof is not directly on top of wall so there is gap between wall and roof. There were a big mouse walking on the wall (directly on top of the bed). There were also big bugs. There is mosquito net on the bed so bugs and mosquitos wouldn't be problem but we couldn't sleep with mice walking on top of our bed. So we had to book another place to sleep. In the morning , I talked with staff about it they sent someone the check the room but of course mouse wasn't there in the morning. I am not sure he understood me but he said "its okey they will come and go." We didn't realise this problem from the photos while we were booking the room unfortunately.

Great location with restaurants and things to do close by. Great little villa with a fantastic pool.

Breakfast was very small. E.g. you only get two tiny pieces of bacon. Dissappointed with this given the price of our stay.

Quiet spot in middle of Ubud

Fabulous quiet location in heart of Ubud. Staff could not do enough and were lovely. Turn down service and mozzie coil lighting at night was a really lovely touch. Main pool no one used, it was lovely and warm (our pool villa was too cold).

Villas and property are tired. Bathroom and kitchen area need a really good scrub. Our private pool was too cold to swim in. We paid too much as we booked a week during peak.....was definitely not worth $166 AUD pn.

Amazing place to stay!

The staff at the resort were very kind, everyone was so helpful and friendly as well as being very smily. Resort is in a very good location where you can walk everywhere in few mins and it feels very safe to walk when dark as well. Pool area is lovely to just chill and relax. Breathing at the resort is also so delicious! Overall, it was an unforgettable experience for us!

Absolutely amazing dream accomodation, with kind and friendly staff

We have traveled quite extensively in the last 15 years, both for work and leisure, so we had the chance to stay in various superb locations, from 5 stars hotels in Hawaii, Austin Paris, Saigon, Hanoi, Hong Kong, Macao, Siem Reap or Phnom Penh, to secluded bungalows in Phu Quoc, Zanzibar, Nusa Lembongan or Koh Chang, small villas in Zakynthos, Rhodos or Bologna, remote mountain chalets in Romania or Bulgaria, apartments in Hannover, Vienna or Rome and boutique hotels in Taipei, Los Angeles or Prague. We have seen many types of accomodations in many different countries, and we have found some truly unique gems that will forever be close to our heart. Ladera Villa in Ubud is exactly this type of gem, that we will always miss, and we will always try to come back here. Imagine a garden with ~10 bungalows and a main pool. But all bungalows have very high walls and beautifull vegetations around it, so each bungalow is completely secluded. You enter through a balinese gate, and see your private swimming pool, the room in front of you, and your private terrace on your right. The room ia surrounded by the pool, the terrace and the huge outside bathroom, all covered by a huge, beautifull roof with two layers - intricately woven leaf roof on the inside, and shingles on the outside. Btw...always leave the outdoor light on, otherwise curious luwaks will come on your roof :) The place is absolutely stunning and totally secluded - you get 100% privacy all day, b9th inside the room and in your outside bathroom, terrace and pool. Now, the place is stunning, but what makes it a truly unique experience is the people. From the moment we arrived (3:30am) somebody was still waiting for us and somebody was always there for us for a week. They clesn our room every day, sometimes twice a day, and in the evening they would come to light the mosquito repelent on the terrace and bathroom, and also turn on all lights, all of this whike we were away.

Internet could be stronger sometimes.

A tranquil sanctuary on a slim, busy side road in Ubud, everything was in easy reach, bars restuarants, taxis and shops. The small secluded gardens with pools perfect for a Honeymoon or Romantic stay within a reasonable price range. Great breakfast with fruit, cereal and cooked items. The Staff were very accommodating. If you are looking for an amazing back massage and facial for less than £20 - go across to the Honeymoon Hotel & Restaurant, the staff were excellent.

Hidden oasis

The location was excellent, close enough to everything to be able to walk or scooter to, but on a quieter street which made sleeping easy. The private pool was amazing and much bigger than I expected. Bed was large, comfortable and nice bedding. Every evening while I was out the staff came in pulled the bug net around the bed and set two bug coils in the outdoor areas which was much appreciated to come home to. I will absolutely be coming back to stay here again!

Getting a one bedroom pool villa on such cheap rate is unbelievable. Loved our stay at ubud.

The villa is located on a prime spot. Ubud castle and monkey forest was at a walking distance. The cost of the stay was unbelievably cheap. The room was comfy and cute. The stuff were also friendly.

We stayed on a one bedroom pool villa. They did not maintain the temperature of the pool water. The water was ice cold. I think it can be improved.
