Breakfast choice was great. Beds very comfy. Amanda on reception was brilliant. Not only very helpful but made a point of remembering names, making you feel special throughout. Organised a private taxi for a guided tour of Ubud. Exceptional value for money. Highly recommend

Beautiful location and so peaceful, yet within easy walking distance of main shopping area and attractions. The staff are so lovely and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again.

The first thing to remember here is this is not a luxury hotel you're staying in, it has more homestay vibes and expectations should match that.
Pros:
The water filter in the room is just priceless, which also gives boiling water for tea if you need. really good.
Amanda is just lovely to deal with and is always available via WhatsApp
The room was large! and the balcony was also very large surrounded by the Ubud jungle on all sides
The surrounds of the hotel are beautiful, gardens everywhere and very well kept
Any issues I had at the property were resolved promptly by Amanda (even removing a gecko from my room!)
The location was less than a 5 minute walk from the Main Street in Ubud which was great
My room was cleaned well every day
The A/C worked well in keeping the room cold at night
These Cons were not really issues once I got used to them, just worth noting so that future travellers are realistic in their expectations and not disappointed.
Cons:
Each shower took at least 5 minutes for the hot water to come through and the water pressure was very poor (pretty common in Asia I've found)
I had multiple geckos/lizards in my room due to the sliding main door that even when closed, still had long gaps on the sides that creatures could easily come through
The A/C was quite loud, which I had turned up quite high due to the room being large and not sealed from outside
The gyms equipment was actually decent, but so very small the room and mosquitos everywhere in there
Unlike main hotels, the reception is never staffed unless you WhatsApp Amanda for something, wasn't an issue for me but just important to note in case you expect 24/7 reception service
I had to leave to the airport at 2:30am for my flight, however I had to pack my suitcase and have it brought down to the reception by 8pm the night before due to lack of staff able to carry it down all the stairs in the morning. This was quite annoying and I did end up leaving things behind because of this.

Our Villa was close to restaurant and construction work. So noise was a problem.
