Great hotel with only good pleasant emotions . Room with terrace on the second floor had a big bathroom , big bed . Terrace view on the green forest was amazing , specially calming during the rain . The territory of the hotel is super green with lots of platyceriums of different kinds hanged on the trees and walls , and other wonderful plants in the garden and pots . In fact that the hotel is so close to the Main Street , still it was so super quiet and seem to be a green island of peace . Stuff is so-so sweet and friendly , ready to help any time . Didn’t wanna leave this beautiful place .

Beautiful property with a variety of older and newer rooms. Two great pools. Even has a gym. Great value for money.

We loved our 7-night stay at this beautiful resort. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and cozy with lovely views from the balcony. Quiet and tucked away but within walking distance to Ubud city center. Breakfast choices are varied and the food plentiful. The staff is gracious, kind, attentive, and friendly. Would definitely return!
Not the property’s fault but at night the short walk up the road from the main thoroughfare feels a bit unsafe. No shoulders and only share spans of “sidewalk” (if you can call it that. We navigated it without any issues but …

Bed was very comfortable; Amanda (our property host) was helpful
Location was very good - short walk (or moped ride) to the main areas of central Ubud
Communication was good - we were advised of some construction work in advance
Out villa had a small private pool overlooking the jungle behind, and we had use of the communal pool too
Very authentic feel and attentive staff
Layout of the 'honeymoon villa' was tight and odd - just the bed upstairs with minimal space
Coming back at night was tricky with no lights and various steps to navigate
Bath downstairs next to the kitchen ... strange layout but high ceilings to maximise light and jungle view

I like how friendly and helpful Amanda was from the front desk. The property itself was beautiful and I’m happy. I got to stay there.

The pool was good. The location was good walking distance, central location. The staff were lovely.
The constant smell of cigarette smoke. Breakfast option was not the best.

The room was perfect for what we needed. We did the breakfast included option and there were enough options for our stay there. Pool was also lovely. Amanda was super helpful when we needed anything.
Nothing wasn't up to standard and definitely good value for money.

Breakfast was excellent with different choices. The room was clean and delightful and bed very comfortable.
Amanda at reception was very helpful with information
There was nothing to dislike

The location of the villa is amazing, surrounded by nature and still close to city centre.
Very spacious room.
There was barely any lighting in the room, only mood lighting.
There could be hangers in the bathroom, you can't really hang your towels anywhere.

The private villa was really nice, a little paradise. The breakfast was good too.

We had a villa with private garden down the back of the property near the smaller pool which was beautiful and quiet despite there being extensive construction taking place at the front of the property. Incredibly clean room and lovely staff. Especially liked the large bathroom and bedroom with filtered hot and cold drinking water in the villa.
The pools and garden area surrounding, as well as the massages received in the little “spa shack” near the pool were wonderful. I experienced one of the best Balinese massages here, that I rebooked for a second. (and I have had many in my 6 visits to Bali over the years).
Walking distance to restaurants, shops, The Palace and markets. Or easy enough to grab a gojek right out the front.
As advertised, there is quite a bit of construction occurring at the front of the property, near the restaurant where you have breakfast, that starts around 8am each morning. You can request breakfast in your room though.
There is also some burning occurring at the back of the property in the late afternoon which wouldn’t be ideal for asthmatics and got a little overwhelming when laying by the pool some days.
Breakfast was basic but ample and there is always Anomali Coffee within a 10 minute walk if you want something more substantial.
Overall it was a beautiful place to stay on a large property within a family compound. If construction and many stairs aren’t a problem for you then I would recommended.

Nothing. This place is a scam. It is not a hotel. It is a family home and they run it as a couple scamming tourists for more money. Our luggage was taken as hostage and not released until we paid double the price that we had agreed just for a small stain on the sheets that could have easily been removed by bleach. Extremely rude staff, specially Amanda who completely fools you with a smile on arrival but the attitude changes once your stay is over. The place should be removed from Booking.com’s listings.
We checked out on time and left our luggage at reception as agreed, to pick up later for our afternoon flight. When we returned to collect our bags, the receptionist, Amanda (who apparently is also the owner), demanded that we pay the equivalent of an extra two nights for a very faded stain she claimed to have found on the sheets. I informed her that the stain could easily be removed with bleach, and she told me to go and buy bleach and a bucket to wash the sheets myself. The behaviour was absolutely shocking and immediately felt like a scam.
She held our luggage hostage and refused to return our bags until we made the double payment. When I tried to negotiate and ask for a resolution, her behaviour became threatening; she started shouting and getting physically very close. My sister and I were genuinely scared that she might attack us. Super stressed to make it to the airport on time and shocked by her behaviour, we were forced to pay double the amount agreed for a two-night stay, whereas under normal circumstances I would have reported the hotel and her to the police.
This hotel should be reported to the authorities. It is a misrepresentation of what it claims to be on Booking.com - certainly not hotel, and not a 4-star hotel - and should be removed from Booking.com’s listing. I have already made a formal complaint to Booking.com.
There are also various safety and cleanliness issues with the property. The private pool and bathroom were too dirty for use. The breakfast is extremely limited, not self-service; they bring you only one dish per person and quality is less than average.

Beautiful and peaceful place close to many shops, restaurants and other places. The staff was incredibly friendly; especially Amanda replied to Whattsapp messages immediately. If I ever come back to Bali, I would definitely stay there again.

C lose to city and walk 10 mins can easily to the market area and street. Breakfast is yummy and staffs are all friendly and helpful. We really like this jungle vibes and green trees, plants around area, definitely feeling relaxed. Picture showed exactly as what you choose, pretty accurate.
Honeymoon suits are right beside public swimming pool, if during staying got lousy people stayed will be quite annoying, but window block most noisy anyway.

Nice private downstairs villa with friendly and helpful staff! Right in the centre of Ubud and near to great restaurants. Beautiful lush jungle garden.
There was a bit of redecorating happening which meant it wasn’t as beautiful as I am sure it would have been without.

The pool was lovely, property quiet, clean and we loved the water cooler in our room, very convenient.
Although we asked for a room on ground floor due to mobility issues, we still had to climb some stairs to get to our villa.

Authentic place, very friendly staff, spacious rooms, daily cleaning. The location is great (in my opinion) — about 5–7 minutes’ walk to the beach. It’s quiet; there’s a school nearby, I think, because in the mornings you can hear children singing.
It’s not a new, modern European-style building, but that’s part of its charm (IMO).
There’s no kettle, but hot and cold water dispenser

Close to citycenter with the most beautiful garden. My room was nice and spacious with a great terrasse overlooking the pool. Quiet and with nice breakfast. You can easily get in touch with the staff through whatsapp. The bathtub in my room was great.
As many places in Bali you need to be patience with getting a hot shower, and don’t expect to much waterpressure.

Could not fault anything at our accommodation. The room was excellent, the location was perfect and the included breakfast was spot on. The staff here made the stay even better - if you need anything ask Mitha she is wonderful. Highly recommend.

The manager Amanda was wonderful, so helpful, professional and kind. All the staff were very friendly.
The room was excellent and the grounds were tremendous.
There was nothing not to like. If i had to be picky, then maybe the bath shower screen could do with a tidy-up.

It was close to central Ubud but so quiet and peaceful. The setting was very tranquil and private. The gardens were amazing with a spacious room and balcony to enjoy the tranquility. The staff were friendly and accommodating.
Our only grumble was how long it took for hot water to come through for the shower and that the hot water ran out on one day.

Amazing resort with a lovely pool. Rooms are very clean and well taken care of. The host helped us with arranging massages and a private drive for the trip around Ubud.
Location is great for other activites around Ubud

The resort was great. Great location and staff were brilliant. Amanda in particular was super responsive and helpful to any requests.
Water pressure wasn’t great in the shower and hot water took some time to turn on

The hotel is set in lovely grounds, away from the main road and feels quiet and tranquil away from busy Ubud. The breakfast is the best I’ve had in Ubud and the staff and so friendly and can’t do enough for you. Amanda on reception was especially helpful. The room was gorgeous with all facilities you’d expect including your own personal water filter. The pool is great and the spa was lovely. I had the best Indonesian massage. I would totally recommend this hotel.

Good value for money. Great pool area, lush gardens and lovely a la carte breakfast. Our 1 bedroom Villa was very spacious with a large balcony overlooking the pool. Staff were great and very accommodating. About 15-20 min walk to most places of interest.
Lots of deep steps up to the room. Not a problem for us but could be for others.

I had a great stay at this hotel, thanks to its incredibly convenient location. It’s just a short walk from the local markets which made exploring the area effortless and enjoyable.
The staff were consistently welcoming and professional, offering attentive customer service throughout my stay. From check-in to check-out, they made sure all my needs were met with a friendly attitude and prompt assistance.
My room was always spotless, thanks to the housekeeping team who maintained a high standard of cleanliness. Coming back to a tidy, well-kept space each day made the experience even more comfortable.

I had a private balcony that made me feel like I was in the middle of the jungle. The pools were gorgeous and despite being close to the city centre, it was quiet. The rooms were spacious and very clean and staff were very accomodating

our upstairs room facing the pool area was fantastic, sitting on the deck after a big day out couldn't be any better
not being picky but probably the pool was a bit cold for me, but the kids loved it,

All good.
