The Bali Shanti

The staffs were amazing and very dedicated to cater all the needs of the guests. Top notch Bali hospitality.

Pool needs a clean up and bathroom walls needs to be cleaned too. Hot water facilities needs an upgrade. We would definitely stay here again. Hoping for betterment of our dislikes.

Perfect in every way! Location, staff, the villa, breakfast. Cannot fault this place.

Everything was perfect

The property was beautiful and backed up to the forest so it was very quiet even in the city center.

The only thing I would say is the bathroom layout is a bit strange. The tub to shower in is very high and could be difficult to get in and out of for some people.

Honestly, I don’t want to say anything bad, because the staff is SO FRIENDLY! Breakfast for us was average, good for the price. BUT the staff was VERY friendly, had good recommendations, they would clean the rooms every day and change the towels. They are really trying their best and even tidy up our stuff with no intruding our privacy. Location is also great (near the centre). We had absolutely no trouble with mosquitos though (August). Just some noise at night from birds and frogs.

However the room (in our case the suite) has some downs: ants, easy entrance for gekkos😅, special smell that stayed on our clothes and something was running on the roof the first night (I think the staff fixed the situation as soon as we told them). The room is also pretty humid. Also the pool was not the cleanest (water was pretty okay, but the tiles were a bit dirty). P. S.: If you are scared of frogs and don’t want to walk past them after sunset, maybe don’t choose The Bali Shanti Suite or a room near pool. :) Breakfast is available from 8, so we skipped it most days becouse we had booked early activities.
