Nice place and pool

the staff was great and also the place is quite nice as well as relaxing

if you have trouble sleeping with a bit of noise, be aware that this facility ( or at least my room) is near the road as well the inside pond has frogs too that make noises all night long

Loved our relaxing stay in this gem!

We absolutely loved our stay here! It is so peaceful and tranquil, you would never think it’s so close to the centre. Agung and her staff are amazing, so nice and helpful. Hardek even took me to the hospital and back when I cut my leg open - legend! Room was very nice, comfortable and spacious, and cleaned every day. Breakfast was fantastic, huge potions and a good variety of - yogurt, fruit, granola, eggs, bread every morning. Walkable to everything, but nicely located near the centre, not in it. Pool, jacuzzi and sauna a nice bonus too. Cannot recommend this place enough!

Ziemlich seltsamer unheimlicher Aufenthalt

Wir kamen an und trotz Buchungsbestätigung via booking, meinten sie , dass sie die Buchung nicht erhalten hätten und völlig ausgebucht seien. Nach Zeigen der Buchungsbestätigung von booking, bekamen wir dann doch noch ein Zimmer vor dem die ganze Zeit Personal auf und ab lief. Der Pool war gekippt und nicht zu benutzen. Am Abend waren wir dann ganz allein im Hotel ( es war außer uns niemand da, sollte doch eigentlich ausgebucht sein)war es uns unheimlich und wir hatten Angst gegen späteren Abend nicht mehr in das Hotel rein zu kommen

Hôtel plein de charme, niché dans un cadre très verdoyant et paisible avec une magnifique vue sur la jungle. Les chambres sont propres et décorées dans un style typiquement balinais, ce qui leur donne beaucoup de caractère. Mention spéciale au lit, d’un confort exceptionnel !

L’hôtel est agréable mais il faut savoir qu’il est assez éloigné du centre. L’adresse indiquée sur Booking n’était pas correcte, ce qui m’a valu un petit détour à pied de nuit avec mon sac. Comptez environ 20 minutes de marche pour rejoindre le palais et le cœur de la ville. Cela peut convenir si vous aimez marcher, mais ce n’est pas idéal pour tout le monde
