Perfect central location, tasty breakfast, very friendly staff, clean and spacious room, great villa and nice pool! Beware that property asks for 50% prepayment. Ketut was the most welcoming and helpful. Grateful to the team We were a bit worried but it was done through booking’s payment system and all was fine!

The pool gets a bit dirty with insects and leaves falling but housekeeping will clean it if you ask! The shower is a bit old but nothing critical

It was really nice to have a complimentary breakfast, the staff were exceptional, super friendly. Our room was cleaned everyday, if not twice a day. We enjoyed the private pool adjoining our private villa.

The first night we went to have a shower not realizing that they must be on solar hot water and ended up having a cold shower, as most days it was overcast/raining that didn't leave very much hot water for us. The front door to our room didn't seal to the outside leaving enough space for critters to get inside.

The property was clean very welcoming.I loved the al fresco, the privacy, the location central but not too much, so you can relax whiteout hearing the traffic, as Ubud became very busy compered to 5/6 years ago wen I visit it last.

Great villa close to the city center

We really enjoyed our stay! The staff were super friendly and made us feel very welcome. The location is perfect — close to the center but still nice and quiet. Breakfast was included and really tasty with lots of options. The villa was great for two people, with a lovely outdoor area and private pool.

The only small downside was the bathroom, which felt a bit old, but the high-tech toilet was very nice.

Very nice, stylish and clean villa with private pool! Thanks to Ketut and all the guys that took care of us. Very good location. Looks much better than on the photos. Very nice breakfast. There is a private parking where I could park my scooter but if you rented a car, which is not recommended, there is enough space.

A stay to remember.

The staff were very professional and eager to please. Nothing was too hard. The location was perfect walking distance from the action and just far enough away to escape the noise at night. The food was authentic and the accommodation outstanding. We will definitely be back.

Very special retreat in Ubud

This was a little oasis of Beaty and calm just off the main street in Ubud. Lovely hosts, nothing too much trouble. Very nice breakfast. Beds are huge - way bigger than a king size. Staff go in to tidy and remake beds once a day and also later on prepare the bed with mosquito net and turn down in the early evening. It's very charming and I would not hesitate to stay again.

The only thing that didn't really work for us (and I think this is just because of our own circumstances) was that the downstairs bedroom didn't feel very secure and lockable - my 16 year old daughter was in this one and I had to debate whether to padlock her in overnight as my bedroom was upstairs almost in a separate unit, even though the room was directly over hers. Again, this may not be an issue for a couple or two couples, but was a bit of an inconvenience for us. Not the fault of the property at all!

We had an absolutely amazing stay! The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for. They were always kind, attentive, and ready to help with anything we needed. We had a late check-out, and on another day when we had to leave early for a day trip, they kindly prepared breakfast for us earlier than usual so we wouldn’t miss it. The villa was spotless, beautifully maintained, and cleaned daily, and the team was always available to answer our questions and assist us with arrangements. Their warm hospitality truly made our trip unforgettable. Highly recommended!

Beautiful and authentic villa. Really liked the furniture. The small outdoor space is just so pretty. Breakfast is tasty, and the staff are very kind. Location is right in the center of ubud but it’s also very quiet. Would stay here again if I was coming back to ubud.

A peaceful and well-located stay with lovely staff.

Great location – super central and easy to get around. The villa was charming, cozy, and had a really nice pool – perfect for cooling off in the afternoons. Ideal for a short stay if you want your own space while still being close to the heart of Ubud. The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. Would definitely recommend!

On the downside, the bed was extremely noisy – even just turning over would often wake us up. Breakfast was pretty average, but the staff serving it were so sweet it made up for it a bit.

My stay was amazing! I love how the villa had everything branded Ashanti, which gave me the idea to create an April Fool

I loved the name of the Villa so much that I booked it because of that and also because it had the option to have a private pool (although it wasn't a heated one, which is what I prefer). I loved the architecture of the building and it had the fanciest toilet I have ever seen and used (an electronic one that actually warms up when you sit on it.) The seat lifts up, it flushes and closes the seat down all automatically, which really felt luxurious.

Lovely quiet villa with pool. The bed was very comfortable and the room was traditional Balinese decor but modern. Great location that's close to everything. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The only let-down is the bathrooms, they are perfectly functional but are tired and needing updating. The breakfast is basic. I would recommend going out to one of the many fabulous restaurants within 5 minutes walking distance.

we love the chamber, the plants inside are curated, the pool really clean. they cleaned everyday and left some blessing inside with flowers. All the people always in good position to help in any way they can. They have a great driver in disposition for fair amounts. Close to everything but the streets are dark at night outside the hotel.

the shower was all broken, worked but the plate-form where you stand is all broken and water doesn’t go easy.

Everything was superb - my host Ketut and the staff took great care of me, the room was beautiful - close to downtown Ubud but quiet and in gorgeous surrounds. Breakfast in the morning was wonderful, and the room was amazing.

I had to sit in the bathtub to shower, or risk flooding the entire bathroom cause there's no shower curtain. It's a very minor thing though. Truth be told, after an entire day of walking around in the heat, sitting in the tub to shower was quite welcome!
