Beautifully maintained property a 5min walk off the main road, so no road noise, very conveniently located for everything. The Balinese decor and feel amazing, picture postcard like . Four poster bed on the ground floor apartment. Two further rooms upstairs equally nicely kept. The staff are very cordial and receptive and very attentive. The room sizes very generous and the place is immaculately kept with the island decor style.
This didn’t affect us, but might be useful information for some parents with younger children. The access to upstairs bedrooms is by walking out of the ground floor villa and using the stairs from there. Didn’t feel unsafe at all.

It is well located, a few minutes walking to the main streets in Ubud, the bed was very comfy and the breakfast was beautifully served and delicious. I loved the bathroom with the bath and the smart toilet. The staff were friendly. I had the second floor room and was very nice.

Choice of hot and cold breakfast. nice fruit platter, fruit juice, tea or coffee, etc. Great breakfast to have before going out sightseeing or shopping. Also, breakfast was brought to the room and set in the balcony.
a writing pad / pen would be good. I like to write things down instead of using my phone notebook.

It was really nice to have a complimentary breakfast, the staff were exceptional, super friendly. Our room was cleaned everyday, if not twice a day. We enjoyed the private pool adjoining our private villa.
The first night we went to have a shower not realizing that they must be on solar hot water and ended up having a cold shower, as most days it was overcast/raining that didn't leave very much hot water for us. The front door to our room didn't seal to the outside leaving enough space for critters to get inside.
