Lack of ceiling fan over breakfast area in spa suite. Cable TV not available. Only Indonesia. These are only suggestions. Value of accomodation reflects fairly on the room facilities as is. 🙂

The staff were amazing. Kadek, petut and all the staff were so kind, friendly and accommodating. The service could not be better, it is individual and they will know who you are unlike in large resorts. Great safe place for females travelling alone, as the staff will look sfter you. They arranged drivers for us at the last minute, who were also great. The villas were beautiful. Our group stayed in the hot tub and private pool villas. Both were amazing, beautiful ceilings and well decorated. Beds and pillows were very comfortable & bathrooms stunning. The filtered drinking water in each room is a huge convenience. The pool & bar was amazing, gorgeous space. The side doors lock and villa doors, so it is very safe. Staff respond on what's app promptly for assistance 24hrs a day. Staff always called out before entering the villa. They do come in to turn your bed at night and put a fresh mozzie coil on which is lovely. While there is no restaurant on-site, breakfast was always really nice, it was basic but lovely. They accommodated my gluten free, dairy free needs kindly. Restaurants in the main street are a very short walk for dinner, or go jek delivers and the staff kindly brought it in. No request was unable to met & they were always smiling. There are several cafes for coffee a 2 min walk away. The spa at ada hita around the corner was amazing too, went there daily. We stayed 8 days here and saw a lot of bali using this as a central location. We then stayed at the hilton nusa dua for 3 days after this and preferred our villa here. Would absolutely be back & highly recommend, amazing 👏

There were only a few areas where small improvements could make a huge difference here. 1) the kettle take 20mins to boil in both rooms. Not sure if this is a kettle or electricity problem. Would be great to buy a new one and see if it is quicker. Otherwise put it on and then wander off to do things, while you wait.. 2) the pergola in private pool villa was leaking quite a lot through holes in tiles and roofing of the verandah. This means when its raining, you can not sit outside your room without getting wet by the drips. The floor when wet also becomes very slippery, they do provide bath mats for this. My last night the rain was so heavy and it was such a shame as sitting under the verandah to enjoy it would have been lovely, but I could not step outside the doorway. 3) if there was a comfy recliner or chair in the room I could have enjoyed being inside more when raining. , There is only really the bed or desk chair to sit on. 4) no ability to watch TV, cast to TV, only channels are Indonesian. A smart TV would make it 5 stars. Those improvements would have made the stay faultless. In saying that, I offer them as constructive feedback for you not as a complaint. I would stay again in a heartbeat and thought the villa, location, facilities and staff were amazing & the boss for helping us with drivers. We hope to return soon, thanks again.

The location is a bit off from the Main Street.

The rooms are pleasant with good bathrooms, a comfortable bed and nice sitting outside areas.

The property with the 3 bedroom villa is further out of central Ubud than advertised on the website. I had specifically chosen this villa so we could easily walk to the town centre. However we discovered it was 700 metres up a hill. The other big issue is that the villa is part of a construction site with other connected villas being built there. So there is noise all day from at least 7am and sometimes earlier. We were not warned of this at all. Also the housekeeping is not consistent - one day they forgot to do one bedroom. There used to be not always a staff member at the property although we were told they would be there 24/7.
