Very good value for money. A short walk to all shops.

We booked a family room which comes with a mezzanine floor. It was very spacious and comfortable. The property was conveniently located near shops and restaurants. A 15 minutes walk to Ubud palace and art market.

Occasionally some parts felt depleted. I found the breakfast area dusty. Also our room door was little damaged and we had difficulty to lock it sometimes. Had to attempt few times.

Best stay

Absolutely loved it here. The rooms were spacious and clean, with monkeys visiting daily. The staff were so kind and thoughtful. I loved that we order off a menu for the included breakfast, it was definitely the best mie goreng and pancakes in the whole of bali!!! I wanted to get photos of breakfast, but it was so tasty I never remembered.

It was tough with no hot water, but that was ok because its so hot in bali, you won't miss it.

Well priced room for a short stay with our family. Quiet setting down the lane way off a Main Street. Close to walk to cafes and restaurants. Comfortable beds. Friendly and helpful staff. We were able to check in easily when we arrived late at night.

The bathroom was generally clean but the floor area beside the shower gets very wet. It’s a fairly dark space with a build up of mould around the edges of floor and wall tiles. It could do with an update or possibly a heavy bleach scrub. The bedroom living area was very clean.

Was clean and comfortable Amazing price For being in such a busy area it was peaceful It’s close to so much and everyone was friendly The kids go to see monkeys up the road and squirrels around the property The staff were so friendly and accomodating Pool was clean Large area for us as a family Was a closet that locked to keep our stuff safe Absolutely loved our night there slept so well

There was nothing we didn’t like the difficulties we found the staff sorted instantly The driveway was difficult for our driver in there car but the reception staff helped them navigate Stairs suck with suitcases but the reception staff were happy to help carry them for us

It was central to everything

The room was not clean at all. There were stains on the sheets, lots of random hairs on the sheets, the floors were dirty with hair and random hair ties that weren’t ours, the bathroom was very dirty with simple stains that could be wiped or easily cleaned, not wiped or cleaned, the pool was dirty and unable to swim due to monkeys (understand as we are near the forest), and there was a wire out above the bed. The monkeys were cute but very in your face and yelling at you as you’d try to walk past (again, i understand as we are near the forest, but i believe guests had been feeding them. not the staff or places fault!). We got in late but cancelled that morning and went elsewhere. We still paid for the one night and staff apologised.

Basic, unclean, good location.

The location and size of room. We walked everywhere which was really nice as the traffic is terrible if you taxi or bike. Simple but nice breakfast.

The bathroom had mould and the door would close. The showers had poor pressure and was tiny. The shower was leaking from two taps. The bathroom door wouldn’t close and had no fan, just windows. There was mould EVERYWHERE. The room had a very uncomfortable bed. And the balcony door had a huge gap under where bugs could get through so easily and mozzies. The sheets had stains. They didn’t offer water bottles only refills. At night the club was very loud which we were near and made it very hard to sleep.

The location was good, down a gang which was peaceful and quite at night

Too many monkeys and bathrooms were mouldy and smelled. Towels are paper thin and badly need replacing. No water in rooms. Photos on website do not coincide with the rooms. We also had no hot water.

Didn’t really like or enjoy my stay there, it wasn’t what they showed in the pictures at all, there were no cover on the bathroom window so anything like lizards could come in, shower head was totally opposite to the bathtub, water was falling out if the tub, no face towels or slippers provided.

Who needs to go to the monkey forest when this is up the street and the monkeys come to the hotel daily! Beautiful location overlooking jungle. Lovely small hotel so not overly busy, very central for restaurants etc. Monkeys came everyday sometimes a bit too boisterous but the staff sorted them out straight away. Nowhere else in the world can you sit eating breakfast with monkeys to watch. My son left his teddy there and the lovely staff returned it on a gojek the same day sending photos along the way 🙌🏻

Use as a last resort only

great location just off the Main Street in Ubud. Close to all amenities. With nice green views from the rooms

Really dishevelled, quite dirty. The place looked like it hadn't been touched by any maintenance staff fro a while. Bare electric wires in our room which I had to warn our kids about, luckily they are old enough to take on board stuff like that. Cleaning was very poor, both as a general data to day thing but also a deeper clean in the rooms. It really needs a top t bottom overhaul. Food was poor despite on ly being breakfast, not sure about kitchen hygiene I watched one guy hand cleaning cutlery with out soap or what looked like any hot water. Pool was very cloudy so the kids wouldn't go in, we have seen this before inn other places in Indonesia so its possibly some kind of pool sterilising thing they use but given the state of the rest of the place we didn't risk it.

Good value for money

Very good location in the center of Ubud. The room is big and has a great ceiling fan. The balcony was also nice. The breakfast was pretty good, like in most hotels - eggs, toast an fruit.

Unfortunately on our second night we had a mouse/rat in our room. We left some fruit on the desk and that probably attracted the rat. We slept the night in a different room and the staff looked for the rat in our room. The towels and tea cups could be cleaner. The standard for that was pretty low.
