The staff were friendly and accommodating - also always replied quickly via WhatsApp during my stay when I wanted to organise room service or a scooter ride down to Ubud.
I would say it’s a 15 minute walk to the Main Street of Ubud, though I found the walk enjoyable. If you don’t want to walk - message the staff via WhatsApp or chat to one of the staff in person and they will organise for someone to take you down to Ubud and/or bring you back up to the villa. Amazing service!
The villa and property is beautiful, surrounded by nature - gorgeous location for sunrises and sunsets! So quiet, calm, and peaceful. Spent hours in the pool!
Food was delicious, and I thoroughly enjoyed the included breakfast. I checked out at 5am to head to the airport to catch my flight home, and the night before they organised fruit, toast, and a juice for me to take with me in the morning.

The hotel is located in the middle of beautiful rice fields, which makes the atmosphere very peaceful and relaxing. The restaurant area is amazing and a great place to spend time. Breakfast was very good, and the other food we tried was also delicious. The pool area is lovely and gives a jungle like feeling surrounded by palm trees. The location on Magical Rice Field Road is also great. The staff were very kind, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay.
The only downside was that transportation can be a bit difficult in the evenings. Sometimes it is necessary to explain the location to Gojek drivers, and walking there can be a bit challenging. Also, there was a gecko in the room so i couldn’t sleep first night but then i got used to it but that gecko i guess living in the room.

Absolutely loved my stay here once again. (return guest). The staff are wonderful, the food is always delicious. The huts are all beautiful, as was the view. & the bed was really comfy. I'm looking forward to staying again next time I'm in Bali. 😊

Very much enjoyed the beautiful setting of Sweet Orange Pondok & the peaceful surrounding. The pool was great & we both enjoyed our massages. The scooter service was fantastic into Ubud too & the guys were very polite.
The Loji room has multiple cracks, is tired and there is mould on the wall. I have allergic rhinitis & so became ill (sneezing, runny nose, skin rash). Mould can easily be washed with bleach or baking soda/vinegar. I let the property know via WhatsApp 10 days ago to hopefully get resolved for future guests but equally they haven’t acknowledged my message.
Be careful if you have food allergies. My husband has a cows milk allergy. We had the included breakfast twice & was given milk both times (within a juice, then a smoothie bowl).
