Dragonfly Village

Amazing location in garden alongside rice fields, making it feel like it's in the middle of nowhere even though it's a short walk to one of the main streets. Also the staff are super-friendly, the best we found throughout our stay in Bali.

Room internet could have been stronger

I love the whole feel of Dragonfly Village. The timber joglo rooms, the semi outdoor bathroom, the beautiful garden setting and the friendly staff.

A lovely authentic rustic experience at Dragonfly. This is my 4th visit here and it never disappoints. The staff are warm and kind and nothing is too much trouble . The steam night with firepit and drumming was a bonus.....although I got ant bites on my leg . My fault cos I couldn't apply the bug spray.

A kettle in the room to make tea or coffee would be great . We did ask for one and it was provided.

The village is very cute and the different huts were really beautiful. The landscaping was nice but run down and not maintained to a high standard. The staff were friendly and kind.

For those travellers looking for air con, this place does not have any. There are ceiling fans in the rooms but for my children and I, the heat was too much and we needed air conditioning. The pool smelt damp. I couldn’t swim in it. The place is a 10mins the walk to the main road, or short motorcycle ride. If you’re looking for seclusion this is a good thing, however, with kids under 10 who didn’t want to get on a motorcycle with no helmet, it wasn’t suitable for us. I don’t like leaving negative reviews but I think if I had realised the above points, then I wouldn’t have booked this place. It was very beautiful though and I’m sure other would enjoy it.
