This property is absolutely stunning. Everything has been thought about. The 5 bedrooms. The outdoor living space. The fact that there are sunbeds for everyone.
It should be noted that it’s a 30-minute walk into downtown Ubud - which suited us. But there are some great places to eat a few minutes walk away - overlooking gorgeous rice paddies. And the tiny coffee to go kecil at the end of the lane to the villa is outstanding for breakfast. When we did want to go further afield, I hired a van for the 7 of us via Wira - who was also amazing.

Overall the property is clean simple and comfortable to stay in. i loved the aesthetics of the property
i did not like the kitchen as the cupboards were abit rundown. we did use the kitchen to do some cleaning.
