The beach ..shops...club house...

I have been and stayed at many holiday sites at goldern palm. THIS one was the worst..I have chucked out better double beds in the past...The springs was popping all the time and i had terrible nights sleep...one bedroom had what looked like damp in the walls(pictures included)...The plates on arrival was all covered in dust ..We actually left the caravan cleaner than what we arrived too.hoover was totally blocked up with dirt..On the booking it said 300 or pay deposit of 50 and pay rest later..I payed in full ..I also had email mentioning deposit of £50 which I thought meant we had paid it from my total...so this is why I never got the code to the site until 1 hour before we was leaving home...I only found out because I rang the owners up...after I paid another £50 they sent me the code...That was stressful ...finally I had to message again for deposit back...I won't be staying at this caravan that's for sure again.

Always enjoy chapel st leonards 1st time on this sight we came as a large family for a 80th birthday

The size of the caravan was good we had nice weather

Mould in the shower was a bit off putting, the large window in the living room has big gaps in the frame so you could see outside and was drafty, the double bed was fragile and you could feel the frame through the thin mattress. The van was dusty the cups an cutlery wasn't clean and the plastic dated air freshness made the van smell fusty (sorry) the van needs a good clean window replacing and new blinds lots of TLC

Dusty dirty areas not cleaned well. Bed uncomfortable duvet and pillows flat and thin majority of blinds broke big gaps in windows let drafts in not worth£209 per night

The only thing we picked up on is an extremely bad smell from where the fridge is located. It's not the fridge but there is an air vent underneath the fridge which could be letting the smell in.

The carvan was spotless

Went as a family of 5 for a 3 day stay the carvan was expectional had a wounderfull stay nd I'd highly recommend staying again. Even looking at booking with the kids from work for a few days

We have had a lovely 4 night stay in the best dog friendly caravan I have ever stayed in, they have thought of absolutely everything and we will certainly be going back x

Great stay in a good location

Great location on a site with lots of facilities - we were able to take our little one swimming which we haven’t been able to do due to Covid in our local area. Caravan was kitted out well and the owners got back to us quickly regarding supplying a highchair.
