Chapel Fields Holiday Park

Very cosy and clean perfect location on the site enough out of the way to be quiet and relaxing, but not to far from the fishing shop and cafe. We booked the glamping pods which had our own fishing platform outside the door, it was big enough to sleep 6 and was equipped with everything you needed kettle fridge cooker and such. Staff were welcoming and helpful with any enquiries. The cafe on site was reasonably priced and had entertainment on the evening. The site was lovely and clean. I recommend chapel fields.

The Pod was spotlessly clean, and spacious. We had plenty of room as a family of four. Lots of storage space to! The beds were very comfy. Lots to see and do in the local area, everybody was very friendly. We went to the Den onsite and had lunch, the prices were really reasonable and my partner and daughter loved the homemade pie. I would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to get away for the weekend. Lots of memories made and we had the best time. We were lucky to have a veranda over some of our balcony which allowed us to sit out in all weathers which was lovely as you were not confined to the pod ..Thank you for having us.

The fishing, 🎣 It was very disappointing for my partner. He thought he would be catching lots of little fish and it would be quite fun for him and the children. He caught one small fish and then nothing - it was dead. Everyone around was struggling. It’s definitely not fantastic for fishing.

Very friendly staff, lovely location which is quiet but handy for the beach and shops. Very good quality accommodation. Good value for money .

Clean and tidy cabin with everything you need

Only booked this as it has its own fishing peg and I wasn’t able to fish it because there was so much weed in the water which made fishing very hard especially for my first time fishing son.
