A really good weekend

It was a lovely caravan and a good location

We didn’t enjoy the stay as to us the caravan was not clean and was not as comfortable as we thought we would be .

We came away with our family and was nice as there was plenty to do with our family

When we got to the caravan at first from outside it looked in a nice spot , until we got inside … it’s in need of tlc , the curtains needed a good clean was ripped from rail on the doors the window in the living room was broken , Kitchen blind was so dirty it just needed to be thrown away, the floors in the toilets was still dirty and the smell of urine was terribile we had to clean the floors through out. The beds was so uncomfortable with the springs sticking in your back . I understand this is a holiday let but when you are paying over £100 per night to stay somewhere where you have to clean it yourself is not a holiday to me.

Location good in middle of Chapel St Leonards. Bus stop outside site.

Caravan was adequate, but a bit tired looking. Beds very warn and soft. There is WiFi but you pay extra for it so we didn't bother.

Loved it!

Great location near lots of things and not too far to the beach! Hosts really accommodating and let us leave an hour later so our daughter could open all her birthday presents and she didn’t have to rush while we packed up! Really made a difference!

Enjoyed a lovely few days away with the family, caravan was nice, spacious and clean. The site itself was very good with lots to do. Had an issue at first with the WiFi however Tony was prompt and sorted the issue. Will definitely return 🙂

The location of the caravan was perfect Great site Clean Tony was a great host and communication was top notch Thank you for the ice The kitchen size was perfect The caravan was a great size for 2 adults and 1 baby If you are considering coming to Skegness please speak to Tony. He has this caravan and 11 others on site.

I didn't know how to keep the shower hot and the shower head was loose Some of the springs were coming through the mattress so towards the end of the week it was a bit uncomfortable I also think that the rug in the living room doesn't need to be there

very helpful host, nice friendly cleaner and the caravan ok and very central.

lovely park, very helpful owner, caravan ok bit is showing signs of its age. ( maybe I’m too fussy but we do stay at caravan parks regularly)

single bed mattresses very uncomfortable kids could feel the springs so hence they did not sleep very well, shower not very clean and toilet not very clean, towel hook broken in toilet area and sink wobbly,the sound on the television was distorted.
