Burgled

Nothing I liked all my stuff till someone stole it.

Car got stolen aswel as we got broken in to and had all our stuff stolen. Not much support from staff, no security out, no security barrier so anyone can come in and out but there’s a barrier stopping people parking near reception. Was on the corner so felt an easy target. Security is rubbish. Towels weren’t included even though they said they were. Shower was so hot was like standing in fire the temperature settings didn’t work properly, tried calling the owner of the property every time I tried they were closed. Never will be staying again.

Good Points: * Good children's and other activities (or A good range of children's and other activities). * There is a sports field and a children's play area. * Clean caravan. * A rather decent 'splash zone' near the indoor pool. (A 'splash zone' is often called a flume, water slide area, or simply a splash area in the UK.)

Drawbacks: * Very loud noise due to the park being located next to an aircraft runway. * There is no promenade by the lakes to stroll along and enjoy the no promenade to enjoy the nature and scenery. * Terrible mobile internet and Wi-Fi. * Dirty swimming pool (lots of long hair). * Activities must be booked in advance as they are fully booked during the holiday period. * Access to the bar, main children's play area, and other entertainment facilities is only via passes. * Poor road surface/asphalt quality (for the money we pay for the holiday, this could be improved). * All the pots and pans/cooking utensils are scratched, and there is no tea/coffee, salt, sugar, or oil provided in the caravan.

Park grounds well maintained and nice little play park for kids.

Potential to be a great park. Check-in was okay but not enough Information given about what was on or how to book. Caravan was superficially clean. Beds were not made up for you. Mattresses are cheap, you can feel the spring sticking into you. Struggling to find a seat in the club during busy times, security staff are rude bullies, and shouldn't be working at a family entertainment venue.

Stress and trouble that was not required. Disappointing.

It haves us somewhere to sleep

Beds not comfortable. Not Overly clean. Generally grubby. Not our first choice of accommodation as this got cancelled by the Golden Palm Resort with less than 24 hours notice, which is not acceptable particularly as no alternative was offered and we had to find this alternative ourselves. Even less palatable as it was to attend a life celebration of a relative that had recently died. All stress that neither me nor my family needed that weekend.

We was upgraded from Superiorto deluxe.. we had and amazing stay and are wanting to come again

The person who was in the caravan before.. definitely didn’t take care off it (or them selfs..) I was cleaning most off the time due to being paranoid..blood in a few places, poo stains up the wall.. and chocolate all under mats and Sofa.. the caravan was really well equipped.. lovely location, where are people supposed to smoke🤷‍♂️.. be lovely iff I just got to enjoy a cigarette on the balcony x

Scared.

WiFi is not accessible in the caravan for free. Problem with security staff in the club. I am 65y old with terminal cancer. Security asked for my club pass which I showed he snatched it out of my hand and said I shoved this in his face then the other security staff stepped in to intimidate me. Then they let me into the club. I asked them to give me their names and ID numbers they refused and two of them took their ID numbers off their arms which is illegal. The same night I went into the club again they let me in the three of them crowded around me they said that I had to leave because I have made a complaint at that time no complaint was lodged. I asked to see the person in charge of the club which I did after discussion with him he let me in. The security I encountered were bullies two men and a woman were on duty on Monday the 3rd of July 2023. This has caused me great stress and I was frightened to go back and use the fertility.
