Lovely chalet

Nice Cosey chalet. Would return

The chalet was clean and was well stocked with tea bags and coffee for when we arrived. We stayed in a group of 4, with one wheel chair user. It has clear access for a manual wheel chair. The adjustable mobility bed was one of the reason we booked this particular chalet and worked no issues. If we had any problems (which we had a slight issue when we arrived) Carole was quick to respond sorted it and checked in the next day. We are looking to book again next year.

The double bed was very hard Will take a mattress topper if we book again. But that’s personal preference.

It was lovely

It was nice comfortable and clean . It was great for our little family trip. Give us a warm welcome feeling just like we at home. And the lady on the phone was lovely friendly and very helpful. I will definitely come back next time.

The chalet was extremely spacious and fully equipped. The location was fantastic - we normally stop in Skegness but due to my dad's health we booked the chalet to support him. Chapel St. Leonards is flat and very wheelchair friendly. Most shops, restaurants and bars had dog water bowls filled outside. Everything was close by and everyone we met were respectful. The site itself is well maintained and quiet. We also preferred the location to Skegness which is a short drive away. We will definitely visit again.

Shower wasn't very hot so used disabled one no seal on shower so water goes on floor ,parking was available opposite the chalet none available had to find a spot round the corner both cars out of sight overnight not very good if you or your child are disabled?

The chalet was surprisingly spacious and located perfectly, not to close to any noise but close enough to all facilities

We had a great week and the weather was truely on our side. I would recommend this property to friends.

Very convenient location with everything close by. The property was large with enough space for a family and east to find. It was great having 2 bathrooms.

It is a little dated in places and could do with a revamp. The small shower for instance. It wasn’t as clean as I would expect and I had to hoover the floor before I could put the baby down. It could have done with more child friendly crockery but that’s just a minor thing. Over all it was a good place to stay.

Lovely Big Chalet, on a lovely park

The park was lovely, quiet and well kept.Check in was easy, we felt very safe The size of the chalet was great and 3 bedrooms enabled us to have a room each and for three women two bathrooms was an absolute bonus, although we didn't use the kitchen it is a great area with everything you would need, fantastic size tv, the beds we're very comfy and we all slept well.we would definitely stay here again, we spent lots of time laughing and chatting, sharing memories, it was just what was needed, as my friend had lost her mother and I lost my husband in December, Our other friend said she may book the chalet next year as a surprise fir her parents thankyou we enjoyed our time in the Chalet, a home from home.

Not a lot really, ......a little more attention to detail when cleaning would improve the overall presentation, the headboard in the 2nd double bedroom was grubby and marked and had hair on it as if a dog had been leaning on it there is a pillow in the wardrobe that is badly stained, the disabled bathroom had lots of cleaning tools leaning against the walls, as was the shower screen.the venetian blinds need some attention, I'm only mentioning these things so that you know, We had a lovely weekend stay, and spent a lot of comfortable time in the chalet, due to the atrocious rainy weather.

Perfect New Year’s Eve, great accommodation

The property was amazing, incredibly clean and comfortable! we had a great stay. The chalet was warm and cosy and we had a great new year with our family! we parked right outside the chalet and the site is very secure and quiet and the beach is only a short walk away

Good accomadation, not far from all the action of skegness.

very spacious accessible for my son who uses a wheelchair. Everything you need was there.

with temperatures at -4 and beliw at points it was very cold. Lots of heater available but maybe on timers would be better as on arrival it was bitterly cold. other than that very pleased would stay again.

Double chalet, clean, good size, loved 2 bathroom, well equipped kitchen, comfy sofa’s, good television, cleaning products available.

Washing machine didn’t spin dry, damp in smaller bedroom on floor. Some mould in smaller bathroom but minor as was pleased with accommodation.

We loved it

Chalet is ideal for any one that has difficulties walking. Its roomy with a great Wet Room with a shower seat and Separate bathroom also with a shower in it. There is a Orthopedic single bed and a reclining chair. Its very roomy and Clean. It was ideal for our Elderly Mum Location was lovely and quiet whilst still being nearby to the Beach, Restaurants, cafes, pubs, entertainment & the shops The Bus Stop is also nearby and runs every half hour going to various places

The only compliant is the Hot Tap was extremely Hot - although there is a small warning sign this should have been made bigger or the temperature turned down
