perfect location and very clean, beds was really comfortable.
The only negative I will say was had to bring my own bedding which I thought was a pain.. also no tea,coffee,sugar canisters.. had to buy my own but other then that everything was fine

Fab location, only a few steps and your at the Happy Days Club and other bars.
It’s fair to say that the caravan is a little dated, and in need of some TLC and decorating (there were two rips in the lino on the living room floor area) and a couple of small holes in the seating upholstery. There was also some stained mattress protectors on the bedding in the bunk bed room which need replacing. As a couple, we didn’t need to use that room, so it didn’t impact our stay.
The television is a mystery and only works on one channel (we tried everything to fix it without success) we listened to music instead.
For what we paid however, and as we had only booked for one night, we felt we had good value for our money. We just wanted somewhere near the beach to rest our heads at the end of a busy day and the caravan served that purpose.
We would return again for a short stay in Chapel St Leonard’s.
Don’t expect luxury and you won’t be disappointed.
Check in was also very simple via a key safe 🙂
