It was clean
Without the fire and the blow heaters it was very cold, we had to put sheets up the windows at night because of the wind coming through. Little black flys kept coming out of the overflow to the kitchen sink

Nice site, convenient to local shops pubs and the beach.
The mattress was terrible you could feel the springs with your hand never mind when you laid on it. The sofas need cleaning they look filthy.
